A lot of emphasis was placed on vibe and style at this property, but a lack of basic maintenance brought down the experience for our group. In the bathroom alone: the toilet seat was detached from the bowl, the shower handle trim fell off which released black growth into the tub, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were open on top allowing shower water to pour in. There were also some basic issues with design and construction like installing the towel track (where you hang towels to dry) inside the shower, and neglecting to finish the bottom of the door the bottom which caused the door to swell, peel, and crumble. Again, that's just the bathroom alone. Expect to pay a compulsory fee for a bunch of "complimentary" benefits like the option of having a plant delivered to your room or the privilege of having a self-serve coffee dispenser in the lobby. Despite the construction/maintenance choices and the extortionate fee structure, the staff was helpful...but apparently lacked organization. When we requested replacement towels for our room, two separate trips were made (by the same person), ultimately delivering ten full sets. On the bright side, the location is premium. (Of course, you are paying for that premium.) Just don't expect other niceties beyond wine cellar-themed hallways and a 3-minute unloading zone in front of the property. And by "niceties," I mean things like room cleaning. Yeah...they don't do that either.

We loved the Vintage Hotel. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to pretty much everything. We will definitely be back.

Great room to to far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Seattle

The rooms were nicely appointed, the staff was incredibly helpful, the attached restaurant was great for breakfast every day, there was a 5p-6p included happy hour, and a $10/day per room credit for the restaurant or the snack bar at the front desk which was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a good location for lots of attractions either walking or by Uber. Don't be surprised by the lack of counter-space in the bathrooms due to the pedestal sinks, but otherwise, we had little to nitpick about. We were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel - would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and very helpful staff!

The property is well worn but adequate. The room was nicely spacious and clean. The gym was tiny and less than adequate.
-
It was a wonderful day, but the parking was a shock $70 for one night wow
-
The drinks in your room are NOT free they will charge you the most expensive water bottle. But other than that the front desk people are very warm and welcoming.

All the staff were friendly, hotel needs renovating, the bar is tiny and the bartender is rude as heck.

-
They add 30 dollars fee per day for amenities, it’s a outdated hotel and still trying too understand what amenities they had

The bed was very comfortable. Super front desk and cleaning staff. Happy hour drinks and guitarist. Clean. Location. The menu in the restaurant. Lack of interest by the staff. Very slow service. Breakfast was substantial.

The staff at this hotel are very kind and thoughtful. The room I was in was very basic, but just fine. Great location. Valet service held my bag for me, which I appreciated, as I had a 4 hours between check out and my next plan.
