Check in was horrible! Rest was ok

The rest of the day you can eat in the bar with a very small menu. They only sent you every three days the cleaners in the room that means you’re trash will be picked up every three days. Also, you have to ask every day for coffee for the little coffee maker in the room which I think was a little embarrassing every day. We had a corner Junior suite bathroom a little outdated, but clean and useable. What really was an issue for me? Was the noise because the hotel is directly on the very busy I 5 and the windows are not well insulated so the noise from the cars is appearing the whole night. Overall, we paid for this room $400 a night and I think it is not worth that kind of money

Está bien el hotel, solo me quedé una noche pero estaba cómodo limpio y es bien grande! Todo queda cerca !

Hard to get to when walking due to steep hill location.

We felt safe at this hotel and it was clean. Everyone was very nice and they gave us free water bottles. I would recommend this convenient location.

cleanliness no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. When I got up at 6 my husband was still sleeping so I would have woken him up to make it in the room. When I went down stairs the charge was $10 and change for 2 cups and when I got my cc statement the hotel took the liberty to charge my cc $22. not sure why. I was disappointed. The rooms are good but narrow. Beds are comfy and clean. The location is at the top of the hill so walking to the pier is all down hill at first then all up hill to return.

Very helpful staff

The room was very clean, not a lot of noise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area and sites to see. Our room was ready hours prior to actual check in time. Property is clean and very well maintained. The bed was not very comfortable. After getting off a cruise with a boy so comfortable bed, I was hoping for a little bit more of a comfortable bed.

Pictures online are nothing alike. Complete scam. Very bad showers, bed, stained dirty carpet. Don’t recommend at all

1)Convenience of local attractions. 2The room was very roomy & spacious and liked that I could spread out on my side of the room as I had to set up my CPAP and recharge my phone. Thank you. 1) The transportation we used was less than desirable (e.g. using what we thought was Uber app was not what we experienced. However when we ordered transportation from the hotel concierge it was really great. 2) There was nowhere to hang our wet towels in the bathroom. We ended up hanging them in the closet to dry. 3) There were also no hooks to hang my wet shower cap to dry??

Our experience here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and inviting and helped us to settle in. They also assisted us in using the printer in the business area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. My only negative thing to say is that the bar on the first floor was filthy on the afternoon we sat there for a drink. There was a tray with dirty glassware on the small counter space near where we were seated and none of the staff seemed to be concerned about clearing it away. Also, the entire bar top was dirty like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. It seemed unusual as the rest of the hotel was immaculate. I still would stay here again and would recommend it to others also.

Very good

Location was great, allowed us to walk to waterfront Was never able to try the hotel’s cafe, as it was never open. We did order donut holes from the bar; tasted fine but pricey. Relied on the market around the corner for snacks and coffee. Was glad for the onsite parking, but wasn’t prepared for the nightly fee.
