It is quite hotel, very good compared to the price in very good location and that is the best thing about the stay; 5mins walk to the metro station and 3 mins walking to the pacific center mall, 15 minutes walking to the piers 62, 58 and 66

Very pleasant and helpful staff. This quaint boutique Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, but clean. Lobby is very cool looking. I have a happy hour with craft beers.

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay this is right in the heart of everything. Our room smelled musty. Also it’s not clear in the pictures or descriptions but the bathroom and the shower are separate and VERY small. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Max is in a great location. Walkable to many attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. The lobby has a nice vibe and our large group utilized it several evenings. We chose Hotel Max because they promote their music themed rooms. In reality, only rooms on the 5th floor are decorated in that way; so a VERY small percentage of the rooms. That was a big let down when we checked in. Also the hotel needs some updating. Carpets & furniture are worn. AC units are very noisy. Bathrooms were clean but also need updating. We had a great stay. Loved the staff.

Travelled with two cats, they loved this room. Nothing dangerous to crawl underneath or anything. Rooms are small but it works just fine if you’re here to explore the city. We loved the body wash etc too. Everyone front desk was very friendly and helpful (especially Ashtin). Valet parking was great. Lobby was pretty. We felt very safe. Will come back!

I liked the idea of happy hour although I was busy and couldn’t join. They do have bikes available in the lobby to borrow. My view wasn’t so great but it was clean and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful.

Loved everything about the Max. Fantastic, friendly staff. Great location. Only downside was the small bathroom and noise from outside.

The hotel was basic for the price. The resort fees were honestly ridiculous for what the hotel was. The shower was tiny and the bathroom was giving jail vibes with the metal sink and I industrial toilet handle. $8.00 per water bottle in the room is insane. I will say the 5pm free beer was a nice touch but it was a basic pilsner nothing special. Would not stay here again, was pricey for what the room was.

Property was not what was advertised.
