One of the two elevators didn't work during our stay, and the one that did, didn't work for half the time we were there, so we used the stairs from our 7th-floor room. Housekeeping came by once during our 3-night stay.

The staff always helpful and accommodating set up our private car to take us to our cruise very reasonable 24 dollars for 2 and driver offered to pick us up when we return. Food was great and quick service.

There wasn’t a coffeemaker or kettle in the room. When I called down about coffee service I was told keurig coffee is available from 10p-7a in the lobby (no ability for hot water for tea) and after 7am the bar area offered pastries and barista-style coffee. This was not included in the stay as far as I could tell. The air conditioner in our room was jet engine level loud and the fan turning on and off was disruptive to sleep. The shower head hit me in the middle of my face - which is to say it was quite short as I am only 5’8- and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. The gym is in the basement of the hotel and was warm for the workout but there were towels and cups only water available. Perhaps the biggest drawback was that the room wasn’t serviced during our stay which means trash wasn’t taken out, glasses weren’t cleaned and linens weren’t exchanged. I assume it wasn’t a common occurrence but only one elevator worked during our stay and we received a letter under our door about a planned alarm test, power swap to the generator that would result in the elevator being unusable and problems with other electric/water elements in the hotel. All that considered - I thought it was expensive for the experience.

The hotel was very clean but thought it could use an upgrade.. and for the price that they were charging for the rooms I felt should of had more amenities.. and room service should of been provided..
-
Great hotel in excellent location. Only downside was the two elevators were breaking down often.
-
One of the elevators was out of order the entire time we were there and for one morning the second elevator was not working, but the staff made a very good effort to assist in anything we needed to do
-
Room was very clean and had a relaxing vibe, would definitely return again!

Second time staying here. One elevator was out of service, so coming and going was difficult. No ice on the floor we were on because that was out of service too. Restaurant in the hotel had a phenomenal breakfast, but was short-staffed and very slow going. The room was great. The staff was great.

Property was very nice and the rooms are very clean and have a nice layout and super close the Public market and the waterfront

One elevator was out of order. Long wait to get one and when you did it may not stop at the floor you wanted. Staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel was great. However, the elevator was down for a period of time. The hotel was available for assistance to help me with my luggage since I was on the 11th floor (top floor). They did fix the elevator in time for me to use it. The hotel restaurant was delicious too. I would come back again. Front desk agent: Kathleen was a rockstar!

Friendly and attentive staff.
-
Staff was fantastic! Building maintenance was so so with elevators not working and water damage in bathroom.
-
All great, as usual
-
We attend concert at The paramount theatre and the hotel was only like a block away. Lots to do within walking distance.
-
Room was clean.

The hotel location was great with lots of restaurant options nearby. And easy walk to what we wanted to get to. The staff were helpful. However our room was very noisy with early morning dumpster removals, street noises, and the A/C and drainage noises were annoying. Also the lift was not working for our stay and we had to use the stairs. We loved our time in Seattle though.

I had no problem, nice hotel…

The hotel was nicely located in downtown, easy walking distance to Pike's Market, even with kids. The staff were able to check us in early, which was great. The room was on the small/tight side for 2 adults and 2 kids. One of the 2 elevators was not working, which made for longer waits to go up and down. The ice maker on our floor was also not working. The hotel does not have much for amenities. We were traveling with some other families and there wasn't much area to hang out - the lobby was quite small and the only on-site restaurant/bar closed mid-afternoon. The breakfast in the morning at their restaurant was very good.

Clean rooms , great location . Not enough amenities for snacks around the hotel and the elevator was broken which made getting to and from our room a little bit of a hassle , also , no parking on site had to pay $30 elsewhere or $66 on site to pay for parking .
