Perfect! Absolutely 5 star service the whole way. The rooms are huge - staff attended to all enquiries in a very timely manner. Facilities were so good and in great condition. Tidal restaurant happy hour is a superb location and the Bagel shop - so good for morning breakky. Highly highly recommend this hotel over and over.

Conveniently located a half a block off the main walkway to the marketplace and the waterfront area. Highly recommend the hotel for its proximity to the shopping district and restaurants. Conveniently located next to the light rail that we used from the airport.

Conveniently located downtown Seattle and within a walkable distance to Pike Place and Westlake Center. I enjoy staying at this property when I travel with my family, because I want them to be and feel safe when we travel.

We were given a $15 off daily in Tidal which we were told would be credited at checkout but it wasn’t

Location is as good as it gets for Downtown. The bar is understaffed. We waited for ten minutes to even sit and just gave up and left. Not their fault - there’s just not enough people.
