This place is no longer open. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone after arriving and finding it closed. Ruined our whole night downtime and went in circles with Expedia customer support for hours.

This Hotel does not exist. It was quite the disappointment since my family had to take time out their lives to make this trip special.

Went into receivership and didn’t get a refund.

They canceled my reservation, so I had to find a different hotel. I also have not received my deposit for the room back. Stay clear of this company.

My stay was a disaster. The hotel was unstaffed - no reception, with key access through an app and no-one to speak to directly about any problems. And there was a problem! When I made the reservation, the photographs showed an apartment with a normal bed in a large room, along with a sofa in a living room area. There was a mention of a loft and I took this to be a top floor apartment, possibly with a sloping roof. What I got was an apartment where there was a bedroom area above the bathroom/shower area, with the bed only just fitting into this cramped area. Access to this was via an almost vertical metal ladder consisting of eight rungs. I'm 77 and with back problems. How was I expected to ascend and descend this ladder? Add to that the prostate problems of someone of my age resulting in several restroom visits each night and this was plain dangerous. I couldn't risk sleeping there, so I chose to use the sofa bed instead - except that it wasn't a sofa bed, but simply a sofa. I had three nights of extreme discomfort with resultant back pain. I used the app to contact Sonder but they had no alternative rooms. I pointed out that as they were part of the Marriott chain, I could surely be transferred to a nearby Marriott, but I was told that because I had booked through Hotels.com, they couldn't transfer me. This is by far my worst hotel experience ever and I will never stay in a Marriott hotel again.

Good facilities, good security. Loved the free washing machines and coffee.
-
Excellent check in process, room was clean and everything was very comfortable. Noise from outside was quite loud but the hotel did provide white noise machines and ear plugs to help mitigate some of that. I would stay again.
-
I absolutely loved this place. I would definitely book it again.

Check in process was very clear and convenient. Room was clean and centrally located. There was no mirror in the bedroom, but that was only a minor inconvenience.
-
Close to stadium. Friendly staff. Comfi bed Ppl polishing the sidewalk at 8am

We loved the convenience of check-in and accessibility of our unit. The rooftop was a bonus. The room was clean and cute. The bed was comfy. The area is a great location for walking the city.

Very very lovely accommodation. Loved it here! nothing

It’s well appointed and bed is comfortable. Location from train station is excellent and easy walk to waterfront. Staff I saw very nice. It’s so loud. Basically like being on the (very busy) street. Ear plugs and white noise machine provided … Was advertised as a loft bed to be fair but be aware it is a genuine ladder climb up which was a bit different.
