Well-located on the waterfront and conveniently walkable to many nearby attractions. Oddly, our TV didn't get actual television channels. What really upset us the ost was that there was no free wi-fi even though I'm a Bon-Voy member. The idea anyone paying to stay at your hotel should have to pay extra for wi-fi is ludicrous. Staff at the Lobby Bar didn't come to our table to take our order so we left & spent our money elsewhere. Much guest noise from people next door and above us thanks largely to the laminate floors replacing sound-deadening carpet in rooms.

Thanks, Godbee Brothers

It was so close to the stadium for soccer match.

Not worth the price. Hotel feel like a step below the price

Very nice room and amenities.

Instead of our credit card ‘holding’ as usual for incidentals , they charged through to total amount which I had already paid! My wife caught it when I asked to see the bill the night before checkout. I asked because it wasn’t showing up on the tv . The beds were not made well . We don’t think the sheets were changed during our stay and possibly before, unless this hotel does not bother to press the sheets after washing. I had to ask for water which is a normal inclusion here. This and the bed tell me the staff is not trained or not checked on. The room was nice. We liked the location and the one bright spot was a lady named Tate at reception who graciously sorted out our check in difficulties and wifi problems. Something is not right at this hotel and we surely will not be back .

Great hotel and perfect location. There are many attractions and dining in walking distance. The hotel is on excellent condition and staff is very nice.

ROOM: Our room was clean and very spacious for 4 ppl; nice & comfortable. Only problem we had was the air conditioning, it was very loud in the room. OVERALL: We would definitely book this hotel again. The convenience of being in walking distance to Pier 66 for embarkation, the waterfront, Aquarium, and Pikes Market.

We stayed here before and after our cruise. The Norwegian port is right across the street-very convenient. Restaurant was good too.

The property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurants served entrees and appetizers that exceeded our expectations. We were centrally located near all attractions including The Space Needle and Pike Market Place. Most importantly, we were a short walk across the street to our pier for boarding our cruise. Nothing

We had an oversized vehicle and they accommodated it perfect, for a small fee! Every employee was pleasant! Would definitely stay there again!!

First, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was surprising and uncomfortable. We booked a “room with a view,” but the room itself directly faced other guest rooms. To see anything other than other people’s rooms, we had to step out onto a very small balcony that was barely large enough to stand on, and even then the view was only partial. The staff were also unhelpful and unfriendly. They rarely smiled and gave us contradictory or inaccurate information. At check-in, we were told that our credits could be used at both the hotel market and the restaurant. However, at check-out, we were told that the credits could not be applied to our market purchase. The hotel market also had no price tags on the items, so guests have no way of knowing the cost until checkout. We bought three bottles of water and a tiny tube of toothpaste, and the total came to $38. Finally, the complimentary toothbrushes were extremely poor quality. The bristles started falling out during use. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and felt far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel, especially at this price point.

Loved the clean rooms and great helpful staff. Can't beat the location which was right down at the waterfront and directly across the street from the cruise terminal. So convenient. I would definitely recommend the Seattle Marriott Waterfront if you're looking for a hotel in Seattle.

The girl at check in didn’t know any of the perks for Bonvoy members. Didn’t even tell me the 3 rooms had breakfast included. They forgot to give us complimentary water in the rooms. At breakfast buffet we had to wait 45 minutes while we see empty seatings inside. And it’s buffet so we would have served ourselves. Why the wait? $700 per night I expected much better overall.
