Location Nothing
-
Location Very run down. Lots of broke things. And the window air conditioner was right by the bed and was SUPER LOUD very hard to sleep.
-
Great location. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen Stains on corridor carpet and the front reception area was dirty and cramped. Lift was slow and small Building was very old and some doors would not close due to slope of floor.
-
The front desk was very friendly & helpful.
-
The location is so convenient. The elevator is small for luggages.
-
The couch in the living area needs to be replaced. It looks old and dingy. Definitely needs to be replaced. It does not match with the rest of the suite. Front desk helpful. Otherwise the place was clean and sufficiently appointed.

Ideal location for exploring Seattle. 1 block from market. Felt safe, comfortable bed, decent size room, true value for downtown location. Helpful, 24-hour desk clerk. No stairs for guests from lobby, had to use elevator, even to access 2nd floor room.

Rooms are set up more like apartments than hotel rooms and are nicely furnished.

Hi
-
there was an electrical issue that rendered our internet connection inop. It also knocked out the ability to use a passcode in the door. we had to have front desk escort us to our room to unlock it every time we left.

Nothing. This place is a rip-off. I booked on booking.com for 200 a night and they billed at 400 per night. And you can't contest it because booking says to sort it out with the hotel and hotel says to sort it out with booking. There was no mistake on my side. I doubled checked every location and hotel before my departure. And check their gym room. This place is not worth 50 $ a night. Be careful I don't recommend this stupid place. Check the reception photo below :

Reception staff were lovely and patient The bathroom is a bit small (it is what you see in the photos) and the blinds in the main bedroom could be better (the light in the opposite building was flickering the whole night).
-
Great location and clean Very bad bed. Very soft, extremely squeaky, rolled to the middle. Noisey air conditioning

Great location and I really enjoyed the fact that we could drop off our luggage early as well as leave it after checkout for a few hours before our train left. Really pricey but I guess that's Seattle.
-
Location Tv did not work and when we ask for assistance the front desk said they would come to room to assist they never showed up.
-
We couldn't get the Wi-Fi or the TV's to work (remotes didn't do anything).

1. When we arrived there was sawdust on the floor outside our room and under the door. It was still there when we left 6 days later. Im not sure what they were drilling but I thought it would have been vacuumed by then. 2. I expect any listed amenities to be fixed or working. The TV in our bedroom never worked. We reported that upon arrival and the staff did what the could but it was beyond their control. 3.A washer and dryer was listed as an amenity but it didnt work. A washer and dryer was avaliable on our floor at cost. If they are going to charge for laundry, they should mention it in the listing or reimburse you for use. I would still recommend this facility because these were minor issues

Great location - right next to the market. The kitchen was well equipped so it felt like a proper stay in an apartment. The washing machine came real handy to freshen the clothes before transiting to the next destination/home. Note that the washing machine wasn't balanced (its feet) so it was violently vibrating and making a lot of noise. Note also that the walk in robe has no lighting. None of the windows we had face the street so whilst there was light from the numerous windows, there was no privacy filter from the adjacent and opposite neighbours.
