Great location and cute hotel. Too bad the restaurant was closed from 3-5, we were planning on happy hour!
-
Perfect location, bar/restaurant next door, coffee shop across the street, bathrooms are very dark.
-
Steps away from the Market and Port views. Old world feel with just enough modern vibe to make it very enjoyable.
-
Only downside is the noise. Very loud alley all night long can be heard in the room

Hotel rooms are on the small side and very dated but I would stay there again for the surrounding location, abundance of food options both pricey and affordable, and being 2 blocks from a Target for personal essentials. Also check your reservation for accuracy of what you reserved. On booking my room, I "specifically" targeted rooms with free breakfast including this hotel. Upon inquiring of my free breakfast, I was told I would have to pay with no further explanation given. Lesson learned! Print out detailed invoice the moment I pay and get reservation confirmation number.

Cute but very small rooms. Cosey but emotionally upsetting (the books are all turned backwards) lounge.

This is a great little boutique hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. The only complaint I have, is that there is not enough lighting where the sink/dressing area is located. This area is very dark would recommend a larger lighting fixture or some disc lighting above.
-
Good stay nice and close to pike place market lots of places to shop and eat nearby my one complaint that I have is the parking situation theres no real valet service they just alow you to park in a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel at a slightly discounted rate would love to see a valet option in the future besides that it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay as close as possible to pikeplace at a decent rate.

Super cool older hotel in a great walking place in Seattle. Amenities are few and everything has a few. It’s an expensive hotel but no free breakfast- but even a continental breakfast. Coffee pods in room cost money as well as the expected tray of snacks and water bottles. No easy access to power for laptop. The desk is filled with coffee maker, snacks, water bottles, and information tents. Not much room to work on a computer or even sit to review and plan the day. It has character and nice staff, but not much else. I saw a pay breakfast area but skipped it. Room was clean. No bar to enjoy in evening. This explains my 3-stars.

The room was very small and had just two twin beds with soft mattresses. We were only there overnight so not a huge deal. The lounge area in the lobby was creative and artsy.
-
The room was really cute we loved the bed and all the green paint. The place was very clean and we loved the drinks and snacks available for purchase! It was literally impossible to park our van, i wish they had made parking information available we ended having to park 12 miles away. We had a really long wait for staff to show up for checking in. We also were not informed by staff that the doors lock at night. The TV also hangs out into the walkway in the room.

This is my second time staying here, the staff is amazing. This place close to train stops and market.

Great location, kind professional, helpful staff; excellent restaurant

10 out of 10 would stay again!
-
Beautiful, quiet hotel with bar and restaurant. Staff were all helpful and accommodating.
-
Great location. Hotel has some charm. Was told the entire an area in front of the hotel was cleaned up by the city. No homeless hanging in front of the hotel
-
Parking is always my biggest challenge at the Palihotel. The vibe at the hotel, the restaurant downstairs, and the location are my reasons for staying.
-
Room was very clean and charming. Staff was SUPER helpful, and we appreciated that they had a security guard in the lobby after dark.

Exceptional

Great location right across the street from Pike Place and short walk to the pier. Staff are as super helpful and check-in was a breeze. Property is well maintained and even offer views of the water.
