Had a wonderful stay this past weekend. There was a hiccup in my reservation, which was my own fault. However, Harry and Siobhan worked their magic and made everything effortless and completely made my entire weekend. Thank you both so much for your help and service.

Great for a stay close to shopping, pikes market and pier. No issues other than the light above the vanity is very dim and they said that is usually here that a lot of

Check in was good. Staff at the bar were a disappointment. - ordered food and they forgot to put the order through. When identified ordered more drinks and again didn’t put through. No housekeeping for 2/3 nights as staff resigned and staff didn’t show to work. All excuses and no accountability.

I stayed for 3 nights. First thing I noticed was the smell of the floor (3rd), it was a very strong and unpleasant smell. Not a fragrant odor, but one that reminded me of masking mold. The room smelled even worse, the odor was thick. At this point, I realized I was not going to stay at this hotel again. Friday, I left the hotel at 10am, and came back at 2:15pm, my room was not cleaned. I asked for some fresh towels. Next day, I asked for my room to be cleaned - they responded with “sorry we had 3 people call out”. I came back and in the afternoon and my room was not cleaned again. I gave up at having standard expectations of my stay. So all in all, the room was cute (the studio), snacks and fridge had variety, water pressure and tub were nice. Restaurant food was good and friendly. But the stench and lack of basic needs of housekeeping were enough for me to not return. Oh, and when I was going down the elevator to check out, the housekeeping supervisor asked if I enjoyed my stay and I decided not to mention anything - she quipped with how busy they were this weekend and how people called out and how she had to come in on her day off, how she missed her sons birthday and how it wasn’t fair that she had to come in on her day off….which I think that’s terrible she missed her son’s birthday but also, I’m not a therapist. I am a guest, staying in a hotel, that should have had the basic needs a hotel has to offer.

About an hour after check in a house keeper entered our room while my husband was showering. She opened the door saw the room was occupied, closed door quickly, i went out to the hall because it all happened so quickly and she didn't even apologize for entering. Woke up with bad back ache, bed was horrible and it was so noisy in the room.

Stayed at this property multiple times over the summer when family were visiting from out of town - always my go-to hotel

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Poor rating due to smoke alarm battery warning sounding off every 15 minutes interrupting sleep.

All hotels associates very helpful during my stay and definitely will come back again.

Had breakdast downstairs in resturant located in the hotel. Though rather expensive, the biscuits we had there were the best I have EVER had!

The overall “vibe” of the hotel felt really good. This older hotel certainly has a ton of charm. With that in mind you have to accept no fitness center or pool. The hotel’s location is perfect for getting to all the sites in and around downtown and the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing and clean, excellent location for walking to Pike Place Market or the Waterfront. Staff was friendly and helpful. I only would have preferred having a microwave, and possibly a smart tv for when we turned in for the night. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The rooms are extremely small as shown in the description. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom but around the corner. Lots of street noise and the bed was uncomfortable. Parking is in a garage down the block.

Windows were painted open leaving a gap of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between the two glass panels. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside. There is no way to keep the noise out. 1/4 of the Hotel sits on an Alley and the City has no better idea but to have their trash trucks do their trash collection starting at 6:00am on a Saturday Morning. It sounds as if you are in the trash bins from all the noise instead of your room. The front lobby staff does not seem to care and acts as if they are clueless of any noise issues. Lighting in the rooms is not the best. Shower water pressure is non existent. The water barely rains straight down like a light spring rain shower. Room mini refrigerator makes a constant noise of water trickling within it, you can definitely hear it all night long. Carpet right next to bed had stain spots on it that look as if they were from bodily fluids. See attached picture. I would not recommend this Hotel, though the location is convenient. I had high hopes upon arrival, but I was extremely disappointed. Hotel staff and Management just needs to care a bit more. They clearly do not care.
