The window faces the parking garage, which makes it seem like you're actually in the garage. No indication of this when booking. If you open the window and someone happens to be parking, you're right there with them!

Came here for Spring Break and loved it. Can't beat the location for access to Pike Market.

Everything was good but it was expensive. The rooftop bar had good food and drinks. The valet staff and front desk staff were all good and helpful. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk from the Pikes market. The area felt safe.

Right near the market and we could walk almost everywhere but the zoo. Paid for the breakfast, but got a voucher which was not enough to provide breakfast. So never used it.

Great property in walking distance to everything in downtown. Rooftop bar was a great place to wind down at the end of the night.

Near restaurants, shopping area, Pike Market. Our room, 2 queen size bed room is facing the car park, an eye sore.

Wonderful stay!! So clean and accommodating. Staff went above and beyond. Mallory was a real stand-out! Great customer service is not dead after all!
