The Boylston Hotel Capitol Hill, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy

festival on the street that the hotel was on, that I wanted to cancel my last night after 3 wonder days and that was done quickly and efficiently. The hotel is clean and quiet and accessible to restaurants. I had a wonderful time!

Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only complaint was the AC was veryyyy loud, made it hard to sleep but there was earplugs in the room that I ended up using and that helped.

Overall good stay. My room access number did not work half the time and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone after hours. Thankfully it worked after repeatedly trying for 30 minutes or I would have been sleeping in the lobby.

Employees are friendly, and very helpful. The check in process was super easy, and we had a comfortable stay. The room was super cozy.

Everything was very exceptable for us

My room was on the first floor and I have to give a shout out to Jeremiah for that. Being a walk up, carrying luggage can be taxing on one. There was a portable floor air conditioner that was great and a fridge. Shower had updated fixtures and a heated lamp at the top. The toilet was separated. Very nice room with a comfortable double bed. Cozy for myself but I am sure it would have been fine for two. I would definitely return again. I had a very comfortable stay and Jeremiah also arranged a beautiful town car to take me to the cruise ship the next day. I am in awe about the wonderful service I received in The Boylston Hotel. The next morning at check out, Anthony was on duty. He was just as helpful. He went outside and crossed the street to ask an awaiting driver if they were there to pick me up. Such service!

New, modern, clean, well located. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep this is a good option. The room is very small and it doesn’t have a desk or a chair. The AC is very loud

Stay was exactly what we needed. Really appreciated the lockers for pre check in and post check out. The only thing that we couldn’t figure out is how the fan works in the bathroom. Ours didn’t seem to work.

Had a great experience, and this will truly be our go to place to stay in Seattle from now on.

Rooms are newly remodeled with shower baths and bed. No kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Great location, friendly helpful staff

This is a cute place to stay. The front desk guy was very helpful and kind (I didn’t get his name) but he was a young man. The rooms are small and the bed was too firm/hard for my liking. Housekeeping doesn’t come do your room everyday or at least they didn’t do our room. The area it’s located in has a lot of different restaurants, walking distance to Pike Place market.
