Parking sucks!!! That needs to be fixed!!

The parking situation is HORRIBLE! And despite our check in time being 4pm, it took over half an hour to get us checked in. The hotel is conveniently located but the parking situation alone is enough to not want to stay here in the future or recommend.

Very helpful great place

The design is outdated, there's no electrical outlet in the bathroom, and it's noisy at night. There's a small air conditioner that looks newly installed.

The room was very comfortable. They have installed air conditioning units in the rooms. It is close to many medical appointment venus.

Room was fantastic and well-priced. Just be aware of the location up several steep hills from the downtown and waterfront areas. Also, best to explore the safest paths around the neighborhood during the day time to avoid the homeless encampments and drug dens on Spring & 6th Ave and Spring & 8th. Would love to visit the city again after the city can clean up its streets and make it feel safe for families to walk around.

The room had been remodeled. There was a window ac unit and an overhead fan. This makes all the difference when there is heatwave. The bathroom had been updated as well. Great place to stay. The bed was really comfortable too

Never got to the motel and couldn't get a hold of anybody to cancel the day before we even arrived not very happy $300 out the door for a room that we didn't even get to stay in never seen the motel

Yeah good service.

The staff were very polite and helpful with no delays in responding to requests. It’s an older boutique hotel but I knew that from the pictures. They emailed me before my travel date telling me that they don’t have AC installed in their hotel and I can request a fan if needed. This is very dated information per the staff. They have window units and ceiling fans in the rooms.

Staff and the room were excellent. I was able to extend my stay at the last minute and they were able to accommodate.
