The desk clerk Kristy was so helpful and accommodating. There was a slight snafu with our booking and she came up with an amazing solution. Great rooms, perfect location, many restaurants and stores in walking distance of the hotel. Hotel breakfast was also very good.

Everything was great

Positives first: Hotel is clean and rooms are clean. Good amenities even in kitchen to make a quick bite. Breakfast is hot and good. Cons: when we arrived some maintenance about key is going on which can happen but the front desk lady was little rude in expressing and helping with that situation. Smell near elevator in floors. All in all it was good with restaurant all around the hotel and good nice walk for evening stroll.

The room very clean, the staff were fast in check in and check out, breakfast not amazing or little poor. The kitchen in Suite was great

Very fancy place, very clean, amenities are really great!! Breakfast is also really delicious, and you have a LOT of restaurants and stores near you. Definitely planning to return every time I need to head into the city.

Very rude, did not get to stay The staff

Unplanned stop-off on the highway, lifesaver, and motivated yet professional staff. I need to make another unplanned stop. Wish I could have stayed an extra night! None!

The team members were all very helpful and made us feel like they were genuinely interested in us and any queries we had. Breakfast offerings were satisfactory. The location was absolutely fantastic. Multiple food options, close to a Super Walmart, malls, and easy access to catch the bus. Though the room was quiet, the air conditioning unit was very loud. More lights are needed in the room. The room could use some upgrading, but it was clean.

Clean and nice rooms

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean. Upon returning to our room, our AC was broken. They moved us to another room and everything was back on track. The hotel and room were so clean, the bed was comfy, and it was pretty quiet too. The kitchen has a full size fridge and microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The front desk girl was also very nice during our AC debacle. We’d say here again.

It was okay room, I’ve stayed in better places for that kind of money. The room was just small and the pictures are deceiving.
