Excellent location that is close to many walkable restaurants and the American Dream Mall. The hotel has a nice vibe even though some of the decor is dated. The free hotel breakfast is always a good perk. Will return in the fall when I plan to attend a concert at the Metlife Stadium.

Breakfast was ok and staff was not friendly…

Bloodstained sheets upon inspection. Pool water was cloudy. Breakfast was terrible. Do NOT STAY HERE.

Bed sheet seems like they have never been wash, really rude receptionist and the room smell to cigarette. Worse stay in a hotel, it had the right impression. Never ever would stay there.

Embassy Suites vibe. Horrible breakfast. Some construction. Clean, spacious.

Let me start off by saying this, I was really wowed by the photos I had seen and I was very excited to use the pool. However, when we entered our room there was an intense smell of urine. Despite it looking clean we could not determine where the smell could be coming from. We attempted to disguise the smell with a air freshener but that didn't cover up the stench. As well as, we had uncovered the bed and discovered that there was some sort of stain on the sheets. In addition to this, the pool was extremely cloud and it had things floating in it. Furthermore, the area surrounding the pool was covered in water, we walked from one corner to the door and our feet were dirty. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in options and flavor. The scrambled eggs were dry and cold.

Rooms have a very mildew / moldy smell from unclean carpets

We were impressed. Good welcoming staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Pool was clean. They have a bar.

This is an older hotel, but very well kept. The convenience to the NJ transit was the best part. It's a 20 minute bus ride to the city. Hotel also has a good breakfast buffet too. Free parking with plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay if you're not interested in the hastle of staying in Manhattan.

Everything was perfect and peaceful

Nice place close to the city. Bathtub didn't drain. Pool was lacking. Awesome staff.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Our room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here many times, and the breakfast is always one of our favorites. We also loved the flag displays for the World Cup. The location of the hotel is great for catching the NJ Transit bus into NYC and for having access to restaurants close by. Excellent job, Harmony Suites!

The positives of this place is that it's located in a convenient area & that self parking is free along with rooms being spacious and clean.

It was an excellent location to Newark Airport with good bus links (Bus320) opposite the hotel into the Port Authority bus station with easy access to New York City subway network and to central Manhattan at Times Square which was easy access to Broadway Empire State Building And Central Park and little bit further out the The Yankee Stadium in Bronx or downtown to the World trade Centre 9/11 memorial, Broadway and South Port to the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty’s and Ellis Island excellent staff and waffles omletes muffins fruit yogurt and cereals plus tea and coffee for breakfast I would well recommend it

Next year I’m looking to stay somewhere else, I have stayed here for years and every year the experience gets worst so this time I’m booking elsewhere

Beautiful hotel right across the river from NYC. Bus stop right outside made it very convenient to get into the city without paying city prices to sleep. Pool was nice. Staff were great. Breakfast was also good. Parking was free and easy
