Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Excellent parking space and delicious breakfast. More work to be done on cleaning. My staying was great.

The room was very nice : very clean . My only complaint was the shower . It's outdated and was difficult to turn on . Everything thing else was great. We enjoyed the included buffet breakfast. The front staff was very helpful with information on how to get to Times Square. Having the bus stop right in front of the hotel worked out perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again.

2) The breakfast was mediocre at best, limited selection. 3) Limited TV programs. 4) Hotel staff using the public bathroom seen not washing their hands afterwards. 5) Overall, the hotel needs updating, but the rooms were clean. 6) Hotel location was excellent, also free parking! 7) We were happy we could check into our rooms early.
