Shower head in my unit 909 was loose, bathroom handler was bad, my main concern was the AC cheap widows AC was bad. Should be invest at least on the AC

The following morning, I spoke with the front desk before checking out. I explained my concerns and requested to cancel the second night. The front desk staff told me that they would approve the refund once Expedia contacted the hotel. Expedia subsequently contacted the property and informed me that the hotel initially indicated they would approve the refund and requested Expedia to send an email. However, after the request was submitted, the hotel declined the waiver and chose to enforce the original cancellation policy. Adding to our concerns, my daughter woke up with multiple bug bites after spending the night in the room. Because we were not comfortable returning to the property, we booked and paid for a different hotel for the second night at our own expense. I am disappointed not only by the condition of the room but also by the inconsistent communication regarding the refund. Based on what I was told by the front desk, I expected the second night's charge to be waived. I respectfully request that Expedia and the property reconsider the refund for the unused second night in light of these circumstances.

Really nothing much to say here, other than we got a room with the beds we needed but this hotel needs to just be demolished and rebuilt. Filthy lobby, floors, disgustingly OLD room, tvs didn’t work, food was gross, i could go on. There’s absolutely no reason this hotel should be charging $165 per night for this, at least my family really loved our time together and didn’t care what the hotel looked like, but never again will I trust a LaQuinta - they are the worst of the worst.

Convenient to New York City transportation. The rooms are spacious. The continental breakfast is nicely done. Furniture is a bit dated, but it was in good condition and clean.

Bed was clean Cleaning standard was very poor. We didn’t receive any breakfast nothing was available as it was just after 10 I thought it finished at 10.30 .Very rude staff

The Hotel is fine and clean. Easy drive to train station. My only complaint was the elevator at hotel was down and we had to use stairs the whole time. We were on 7th floor so was very inconvenient

Bus to NYC was literally across from the hotel Pool was closed. Elevator wasn’t working half the time.

Great location but the hotel is totally run down. Elevator is slow, carpet is worn out. Very dirty windows... coming here made me depressed... breakfast was horrible...I would not go back there even if you pay me.

Manger was professional and helpful. Air conditioning in the room did not work well. Toilet did not flush, had to remove the lid and lift the flap with my hand

the property is not bad but has some mildew in the bathroom ceiling, houskeeper cleaning is every 3 days , something we did not know, until we return and find the room dirty (im so happy we have beach towells). phone no working from day 1, never care to come and take care. but i give 4 point becoase the superviser Amy was so nice and helfull.
