La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Secaucus Meadowlands

Location Old Dirty rugs & mattresses Mold & dust in ac units Broken lamp Freezing cold pool Damaged, rusty, dirty bathroom ceiling. Couldn’t stay the entire night, had to book another hotel. Dirty fridge Bad odor Paint coming off the walls

Tim, from maintenance and Valentina, who was serving breakfast, were really helpful and amazing. I was given a roller bed so that I didn’t have to sleep on the sofa bed. The staff were what made this a great experience. Also this is super close to the NJ transit bus stop which makes it easy to get to NYC.

The location of the hotel was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the hallways and reception area were quite dirty and not well maintained. The driveway and parking area were in very poor condition and badly needed improvement.

Location I felt like it was a place to smoke not to stay.

The bathroom shower didn’t work well, the vent inside the bathroom was basically falling off. The shower curtain didn’t close all the way and the water was still going everywhere from the shower being very high pressure without being able to stop it. The ac in the living room space barely worked, and the bedroom would get hot very quickly without the ac on 24/7! Underneath the small mirror in the bathroom, which was the only mirror in the entire room, was broken. Pretty okay view of NYC, but the place is musty.

We like to stay here when visiting NY as the bus stop is just crossing the street.

I love that the room was clean the pool was open and staff was nice That the fridge wasn’t working, the gym wasn’t open (no one told us it wouldn’t be) the AC in the living room wasn’t working properly and the weren’t stocked properly at night

This will be my last visit with this hotel. It is making a bad name for Wyndham.

First, they couldn't find my reservation. Second the room they gave us was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Given wrong floor to get ice. I wouldn't stay at that hotel if they gave it to me for free.

Good choicce. Close to Manhaten. Breakfast not bad as acontinantal breakfast.

This is a kinda old hotel, but the cleanliness is at least acceptable, and the staff are quite diligent. However, the hygiene of the restrooms downstairs is appalling and needs improvement.
