Unfortunately, the second room had a similar odor, and we were shocked to find that the mattress was heavily stained and blackened, raising concerns that it may have been moldy or otherwise unsanitary. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. We left the hotel and requested a refund through Expedia so that we could find alternative accommodations. While we appreciated the courteous and helpful staff, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms fell far below expectations.

The gave us a room that wasn’t what we paid for also we checked in then check out due to the smell of smoke like cigarettes.. I truly really feel like I should receive some type of refund back

Came for a concert in the MetLife Stadium and it was a good buy since its minutes away. Place is dated but it shouldn't be an issue if it's for resting.

I wouldn't go back even for a free week.

Cockroaches galore. Expedia will not give a refund. Probably should avoid booking on cheap tickets or any other sites owned by Expedia because they refuse to help.

Dirty, old and nasty

Smoke alarm batteries were low, alarm beeped all night long until we finally just took it off the ceiling and took the batteries out. There was no actual fitted sheet on the bed.. kind of just a towel type material sheet laying on top. Bedding had burn holes and toilet barely flushed each time, had to pour water into the back at times. Fridge is barely even cold.

Old facility, no smoke-free rooms so room smelled bad, and was overheated. Fortunately, we could open a window. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and well-supplied. Location convenient to highway but noisy.

Close to road

Best thing about it, there are smoking rooms. Which are hard to find. But you can see the 30 years of smoking that went on in the room. Not clean. Kinda sketchy. Unusual vibe. But fairly cheap.

The room was in good order, bed sheets seemed clean. Overall acceptable. But not as clean as you’d expect. Cobwebs on walls, hair in tub. Does not leave you feeling great, but was acceptable.

The next morning, the day manager began with a defense that he cannot prevent his customers from smoking, but he would spray the room and make it right. With further discussion of the futility of spraying the filthy carpets, drapes, and. bedding, he eventually admitted that there were no rooms in his facility that were non-smoking rooms. As I left the office, there were two parties waiting behind me, each asking for a one-hour rate for their "boyfriends." I realized I was in a truly unsafe situation. Midday on day 2, I phoned him to see if he had a clean room for me, and he gave me a room number that he said was much better. When I arrived in the evening, that room was even stinkier than the first room, there was trash on the floor, the drapes were damaged so they could not close to keep out the glaring lights of the highway, there was a feminine pad on the floor under the desk, and there were dirty cups under the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom walls had not been cleaned in over a decade. Again, he said "no refunds." I need a refund.

Found a bottle of empty gin next to bed. So cleaning of room was not good The only thing good was the 90 dollar price. I was actually nervous staying in place. All the baseboard fixtures were rusted

The room door shake all night when the breeze blew , the lock on the room door is broken . No wash cloths in the bathroom room smell bad.
