The hotel manager was very friendly and got us a last minute tour of Ephesus. The toilet was clogged. Got a room with a sauna room and sauna didn’t work.

Comfortable beds, nice staff, good location I’m not sure if the hotel was having a problem overall with their water system, but we didn’t have water for a little while. It wasn’t a big deal though.

The breakfast was very nice, so was the decoration. The staff was pleasant We booked a room with a hammam except the hammam was not working (we asked, they came they didn’t know but were not surprised either). The thing takes several hours to warm up and then there is no steam!!! We were really cold in the room (it was 8degrees C outside) and apparently heating should be requested at the reception otherwise they don’t turn it on! The hotel is in a residential area, a bit out of the way from the restaurants, taxi station (10-15 minutes walk to the 1st restaurant).

Hotel location was great as it's very close to Ephesus. Parking is for free inside the property. A little uncomfortable if you are carrying luggage as the elevator goes mid floors and you have to either bring them up of bring them down. Breakfast was Ok. My room had a turkish bath which was amazing. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the sitting area. The ladies during the morning breakfast were very kind. Nothing to say.

The location is towards the edge of town with nice views of the olive groves and a trail to the Ephesus site. The breakfast is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Heating was hard to control. 80 F / 30 C was the only choice. Getting a taxi was a bit of an issue there.

Nice hotel with excellent location! nothing

Not crazy about the open bathroom in the penthouse suite.

Cella Hotel was the perfect place to spend two nights during our recent trip to Sulcuk and Ephesis. The view over the fields from our balcony was lovely. Our room was large and comfortable. We arrived before check-in time after a long bus ride (the walk to the hotel from the subsequent min-but stop was very managable), and the hotel immediatly went to work preparing our room so that we could check in early. The manager on duty was wonderful in arranging a top-notch tour of Ephesus and even lent us his own umbrella for the day! Breakfast was delicious, with home-baked pasteries, lots of choices and, again, welcoming and personable staff. Not a thing!

Had miscommunication with the hotel staff, ending up booking another hotel on the same day we already had booking for Cella, because of that. Neither the staff or the manager tried to make it right, when I asked for their help. We stayed there for 2 nights, by double booking one night.

Pool was clean Terrible bed sheets. Could not adjust air conditioning. Toilet not flush well. Elevator not line up with floors, so always had to carry luggage up or down steps.

I loved the location, right on the edge of town with views over the groves of fruit trees. For hikers you can walk from the front of the hotel to Ephesus, about 4 miles. You won't need a guide. I can't think of any negatives.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a good location The penthouse suites not great with beds on the floor. There should be a chair or 2 I. The room to sit. Also the balcony is all enclosed offering no views.
-
Very nicely set with mountain views at the back looking towards the cave of the 7 sleepers. That felt very spiritual, especially during sunset, was breathtaking. Also we had made an error with booking dates which was concerning but Hasan who met us at the foyer quickly put us to rest by correcting our mistake . İt was very professional and comforting Cat really fault it much.

The staff where very helpful Breakfast was plentiful Hasan was great On arrival was greeted in the car park then as soon as they see our dog said sorry no dogs even though they advertised as a pet friendly hotel After contacting booking.com and a few calls later they said ok the dog can stay

The good: friendly staff, good breakfast, good size room The bad: room very hot (in April, so not a hot time of year), fan on Aircon quite weak and you can't control the temp from your room, so have to go to reception and negotiate to get the temp you want. Even with A/C set to 16, it was still around 23. Cleanliness also an issue, particularly in the bathroom. Had I been staying longer than 2 nights, I'd have cancelled and looked elsewhere.

Excellent location, off the highways , quiet place, close to Ephesus attractions. The ambiance is great as well.

Room facilities, cleanliness and breakfast Slightly distant from the Selçuk railway station and the city center

Really nice hotel in a quiet location with a lovely breakfast room. Room was spacious, equipped with good amenities, and very quiet. Lovely, expansive breakfast. Rain shower head wasn’t operational as it sprayed out of the pipe joint rather than the head itself, but luckily there was also a handheld wand we could use instead. TV wasn’t the easiest to use, and took some figuring out to get it working. Minor inconveniences overall, and didn’t overly detract from our experience.
