Excellent location. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. If the staff could speak more English. If they could provide a pack up breakfast for customers who have to leave very early in the morning.

Great location within walking distance of Selcuk town center. Clean and bright rooms; clean bathrooms. Pre-plated breakfasts were just OK — certainly understandable for the off-season when we visited, but more choice would have been excellent.

If you are travelling to see the Ancient City then this is the place to stay; it is big, well maintained and secure. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was meagre but adequate.

Hotel was as expected. Rooms were good sized, basically all ammenities and facilities were as you paid for. flush not working properly, duvet covers were not clean, wifi was not good in the room but ok outside

Nice staff and good location to visit Ephesus (around 10 minutes away by car). Basic but clean room with good prices. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Around 10 minutes away from Selçuk city center by foot, there are some restaurants and supermarkets around. It would be great if the room was a little more modern, but it's pretty much a good deal for the price. Breakfast could be a little better too, but it's good enough.

Good price (was off season) Breakfast was not great, but also understanding that it was off season and we may have been some if very few clients. I didn't care much for the lack of "normal" bedsheets.

Location, 12 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to town. Old hotel, which hasn’t been renovated for 30 years!

The hotel is well kept and the premises are in very good conditions. The bed was comfortable. Clean. The girl on the reception looked not so friendly
