Very clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Quiet despite being next to I-35. Self-contained facilities excellent for longer stays. Due to San Antonio’s massively disruptive highway infrastructure work along the I-35 and 1604, it was difficult to access the property on the I-35 frontage road. This is no fault of the property and the city are woefully poor about notifications of closures. Advise using WAZE app to navigate and to be aware of surprise road closures EVERYWHERE along the highways between 9pm and 5am.

Spacious rooms and the pool area was really nice There was a blinking strobe light from I think was the fire alarm which was blinking all night. Ruined my sleep

The kitchen area floors were dirty. Told management. After cleaning I showed them again how dirty the floor. Met cleaning manager who said they mopped it 3 times. Don't know what their technique is I thing they just move the dirt from one place to another. No one ever changes the water or pad. Carpet was dirty also. Washed my feet before getting in bed. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.

Excellent staff. Property needs new carpet or at least shampooing on all levels . The whole hotel from the lobby to our 5th room hotel smelled like dirty, dusty carpet.

I love this area and have stayed here about 5 times. The hotel is pretty well maintained and the staff is friendly. My biggest issues this visit was one that the hotel can not control, but it was an issue--there is major construction going on in the interstate directly in front of the property and it does affect your ability to get to the property with ease. There is no other way to get into the property besides the interstate and there are many road closures. This has been going on for 3 years and continues. If you're out once the closures begin for the night, it will affect your time to get to and from the property. My second issue was the person in charge of breakfast--I overheard her on 2 different days complaining to guests that certain guests were "finishing" the food and then there wasn't enough for other guests and she was only one person trying to keep up with the demand. I thought that was unprofessional. The facility offers free breakfast for guests, so one should expect guests to show up and eat, so don't complain, or bring it up with your manager, but not to hotel guests. If it wasn't for the guests, you wouldn't have a job. If it was only once, I would've shrugged it off as maybe she was having a bad morning, but I was there a week and heard her on two different occasions. I thought it was wrong of her. On other days when she was not the one working the shift, the person there was smiling and helping everyone and making the effort to keep up with the demand.

The rooms are very nice! Vanity in the closet. Excellent kitchen amenities, pretty shower. We had a golf course view which was lovely. Pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. Beautiful stay!

Very clean, helpful staff.

Upon arrival one of our beds was covered in hairs , appeared to be from laundry room . Just was an easy thing to see, how could they miss that. Went to front desk and told receptionist. He said cleaning staff was gone for the evening, He personally went to our room and vhanged the sheets for us. William did not hesitate to help and it shows a great amount of Commitment & Dedication to his Job. That made us satisfied with our room. All else about our stay was very good. Easy access, great breakfast buffet. Great workout room. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Facilities were very nice and the staff was as well. Only 1 elevator was working. Overall very nice experience. One downfall was the road construction around the entrance

Extremely friendly front desk and bar staff. Room was spotless with great amenities. Sink, large fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. Bathroom was spotless and very clean. Whole hotel smelled wonderful.

Stop serving powdered eggs.

Vivian was a pleasant and filled with Holiday cheer as we took pictures with the kids under the Christmas tree. We will be back next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay. The Tyrones
