Clean and nice rooms. Spacious enough for 3 little ones to roam around the room.

Floor wasn't clean, no cooking oil, no salt or pepper, no sponge to wash dishes, no paper towels, basically a empty kitchen be prepared to travel with the bare essentials.

Had an air conditioning issue in the first room but they switched us rooms right away. Always a great place to stay at.

It was great to stay here, especially with the digital key card. But the stay was amazing, the kitchen being separated from the bedroom was helpful. It was a great place for the price. The sink is huge, as is the restroom. It really did feel like a apartment.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a beautiful soul, manager. She went on and beyond to make our stay was comfortable. I was in town for my niece graduation and the rooms were clean and spacious. The outside was foyer beautifully and I recommend this place to anyone coming in the area.

When we arrived, Matilda personally checked us in and showed us to our room. We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen, and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. About an hour after checking in, we were notified that our soccer tournament had been canceled. At that point, we just wanted to head back home. My husband spoke with Matilda about possibly receiving a refund, and to our surprise, she kindly approved it. Most hotels would have said no, so we were extremely grateful not to lose our money. The customer service we received from Matilda truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be staying at stayAPT again the next time we’re in San Antonio!

Staff was nice but could not do anything about the skunk smell which was marijuana. It was on the first floor near the elevators so no matter if rooms were switch we still would have to go by there. We would stay there often for convenience, but this last time I asked about the person and he has rented for a month! So we stayed somewhere else. They know who it is but won’t make him leave. Even after they told management .So we won’t be going there anymore.what happened to no smoking policies? Even our room smelled! Our friends that stayed on the second floor smelled it too! She was nauseous the whole time

Never got to check in and lost money

The room is big and roomy however housekeeping needs improvement. The bar stools were full of crumbs from the previous people. The dishes not all clean. They had not restocked the basics like dishwasher pods or dish soap. The worst was the shower curtain. The bottom was brown and reaked of urine once it got wet. We had to switch it out the next morning bcs it made the entire bathroom smell like pee.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Checking was easy.

I booked well in advance and chose this location because I was traveling with an infant and needed a reliable extended-stay setup. A week before arrival, I received information about limited front desk hours and was told I could check in through their app if arriving late. I downloaded the app and confirmed my reservation. On the day of arrival, I made multiple attempts to contact the property to confirm the late check-in process and received no response. After landing, I found out my reservation had been cancelled shortly before the front desk closed, with no meaningful notice or opportunity to resolve the issue. This left my family, including a baby, without accommodations upon arrival. Thankfully we found a last-minute alternative, but the situation was stressful and avoidable. The lack of communication and reliability was extremely concerning. I would not stay here again.
