Very well located within walking distance of the historical center. Very friendly staff. The hotel has basically zero noise insulation from the outside. Rooms are very noisy, my friends had the same complain. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep.

Central location, only a stroll away from the old town. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast For light sleeper such as myself. On weekends, the music just at the park outside the hotel got louder in the evening.

Room was spacious. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Location was wonderful because I wanted to see the old town (Kota Lama). It only takes 7min by walk. Enough parking spaces. But it was not cheap because of idul fitri holiday season. And pool was under construction. If I knew this before reservation I would not reserve this hotel. This kind of information should be informed before reservation. I was so disappointed. During breakfast many plate was empty but it takes too long to refill. I understand it's one of high season during idul fitri but they should be managed. Because of the season I saw many kids running and scream around hotel, even when it was dark. It was hard to fall a sleep.

the staff's friendliness The staff was very slow to respond to anything, and they didn't get it at the first time. There was a drop of milk on the restaurant floor and I asked them to mop it. Ten minutes passed but nobody came. Ten minutes later someone came with a broom, not a mop. This happened repeatedly. Anyhow, the staff was friendly. Oh, and the swimming pool was still under construction, without any notice when we booked. Had we known this, we'd have chosen another hotel.

The beautiful building The breakfast and excellent service The location Althought I had mentioned about the amount of person staying at the hotel, we had to wait for a long time before getting towels into the room allowing to take a shower*? No idea what was the reason. After repeating several times that the shower was not working, only the evening before the departure we could have a "shower". By the way, the swimming pool was not accessible due to renovation. I did not see this while I was booking the rooms.

Pool was closed and no notice was given until after booking was confirmed and we arrived. The noise insulation between rooms and with street was poor so early Sunday morning we were woken by street outside.
