The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom. The water is slippery. Like brackish water. The shower has no door, just curtain, and it's not even reach the floor. So when we have shower, the water will wet the bathroom floor, makes it slippery. The breakfast. I'm sorry to say, but the breakfast was horrible. The food is just average, nothing special. And that was during the week end. On Monday, the breakfast was suddenly gotten worse. And do not come at 8 am or after. It was so crowded, we had to "fight" for a table.

This is a very busy hotel and it can be very noisy anytime of the day depending on your next door guests. I stay for three nights, was awaken by the next door guests at late night also early morning.

Breakfast variety was good. The bed was comfortable and the bath room was quite nice. The location was almost at the center of activities which was convenient for ordering food or just to take a walk The most inconvenience part is the amount of food in the restaurant during breakfast. When we arrived at 08.00 am for breakfast, most of the food was already empty. We had to wait for almost an hour before the refill began. The second part is when we checked in at 23.30 we were very hungry, so we decided to order some room service. But sadly, no one picked the phone up. So we had to order from outside the hotel. The beds need renewing as some parts of the bed has worn out

Clean enough Old style, the elevator was scary, and if we order food from outside by grab they can’t deliver it to our room so we have to pick up our self at the lobby.

they ran out French fries for 2 days, parking space is so small and tight, there was some trash in the parking lot in the basement, the receptionist, the girl doesn't seem to know what she's doing

The location is in the center of the city, close to so many tourism spots. The lobby was clean and recently renovated it seems. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfy for 3 people. Overall is good, worth the price ?? For breakfast, last year's breakfast feels better. Maybe because there were so many people having breakfast at that time, so that many trays were empty. A bit smelly at the pool, guess it's the smell of Semarang lumpia though. The pool could be cleaner.

staff were very friendly and helpful, location is good. For the money we paid, it was sufficient. It's an old hotel, a bit dingy & need some refurbishment.

Easily accessible as it’s located in the middle of the city, the hotel was clean but certain area was clearly need some maintenance. We booked 3 deluxe and 1 family room, all of the rooms were spacious and very clean, however, the shower sink at one of the room is clogged but the hotel staff take care of it quickly after we informed them so service was also great! breakfast was okay, have some varieties enough to keep you full until lunch, the pool was not that big but it is clean our children loves it so much
