The room is comfy, and the location is not too far from the airport. Not too far from the city centre also. It will be nice if they have airport pick-up services even if they charge for the services. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan.

Friendy staff, beautiful vieuw from the pool on the 24th floor Breakfirst was not good The choice was limited and wat, was suppost to be warm or hot, was chewy and cold. The windows on the side of the street are not well isolated so you can hear almost anything.

The location is very nice. It is at the center of business district in Semarang. I stayed at this hotel a few years back, and expect the same quality as it was. The room is getting old and not as good and as clean as it was a few years back. The management should pay more attention to retain the "newness" and cleanliness of this hotel.

I wish they had more variety on breakfast. Other oriental touch would be perfect Some guest are very noisy.. They also have some banging sounds specially at night

Parking lot was not nice, very tight. Had to wait really long for the lift to and from room to parking lot

The staffs are very good, helpful and friendly The room didn't provide the small towels. The kettel provided is not good, it takes a long time to heat the water and cannot automatically stop when the water is boiling and the lid has been broken.

Amazing swimming pool But no bar service at the last floor The smell of the corridors was disturbing Closing the pool after 10PM is a commercial mistake. Especially we were eating by the side of the pool and we were thrown out.
