Only the location and value for money. The facilities need to be re-furnished, for example, one of the elevator was not working properly, the A/C in the bedroom was not cold enough, the internet connection was very slow and on-off

It would be so much better if there are more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towel while showering.

The hotel has a prime location, right across from DP Mall and just behind Lawang Sewu (if you plan to visit). The bedding was clean, and out of all my stays in different Pop Hotels, I think this one was the cleanest. I hope they maintain their cleanliness standards. None.

The location is central. DP Mall is just across the street. There are ants.

right in feont of the DP mall, comfortable bed and pillows. no wifi reception in bedroom at 2nd floor, had to move to 6th floor
