The staff was welcoming and eager to help. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was beyond compare! I liked everything.

The location is close to F&B Area The AC was not working on our last stay, though they tried to fix it. Limited parking space.

The location is perfect. Close to Lawang Sewu , Mall, Lots of restaurants , Warung makan and Oleh oleh. The bathroom was not clean. The stuff was fussy.

The location is very comfortable, quite close to food area.......very interesting to people who like to explore local food and for only walking distance you can find shopping center. the facility in the room should be improved, such as smart TV, hand shower in the bath room, mirror should be replaced with a new one, since there are some "dirt" at the edge of the mirror in the bathroom.

Location, value, facilities and friendliness of the Staff - all of them. Staff were excellent, ready to help with a smile. Maintenance of the room & bathroom could be better.

Location. Breakfast. Value. Hot shower wasn’t perfect compared with another Aston at other city, solo, bandung, jakarta, samarinda. 2 times complained, good response, same result, not fixed. We can say only cold water shower on room 635.

We got a surprising free room upgrade, thanks Aston Inn! A good variety and taste of breakfast Pool facility needs an upgrade for a hotel of this size

This hotel room is spacious, the deluxe premier room is very nice. We stayed two nights in this room and 8 nights in Junior suite. This room is so big, it has separate living area. Two AC and two tv (living room and bedroom). The king size bed super comfortable. Amenities include coffee machines with coffee pods provided, mini refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, kettle. The bathroom is clean and spacious with separate shower and bathtub. The staff members are super nice, honest, attentive, always happy to help. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect. Location, center of city The reception staff. I arrived at the hotel at 14:30 and the room wasn’t ready. I was requested to wait for 15 mins by a male staff and he did not apologize, even though I mentioned that it was past 2 PM. I sat waiting on a couch about 10 meters from the reception desk and was visible by the staff. After more than 15 mins, I went to see the same staff and asked if my room was ready, and he said “Sudah Pak tadi saya telepon bapak tp tidak diangkat” (already sir, I called u but you did not answer). Why did he have to call me if he knew I was visible to him and I was only a few steps away from him? This is rude actually. Furthermore, he still did not apologize nor did he show any empathy. FYI, I did see a phone notification at that time but my apps shows that the caller was “Spam-Bank M*nd*r*” - so who would answer that call anyway and who would even think that the call might be from the hotel? That particular staff was rude and should not work inthw hospitality industry if he remains behaving like that. Apart from that, the room and the rest of the facility could have been more cleaned and refreshed (the smell was not refreshing)
