Family room is spacious with proper queen bed, quite comfortable to sleep and less noise from the road nearby. Most western people are used to dry toilet floor or seperated toilet from shower so would love to get more bath mat to dry our feet and avoid accident involving children due to slippery bathroom floor.

Very quiet inside the hotel. Walking distance from Ciputra mall and Simpang Lima square. Towels were smelly.

We booked two rooms per booking.com’s recommendation for our family of 5. But when we arrived there were only two double beds. ( not enough for our family) the hotel insisted on charging us extra for an extra bed. ( not a bed, but simply a mattress thrown on the floor, which we then had to make up ourselves) We were very frustrated by booking.com’s suggesting that this would be sufficient beds for us, and by the hotel insisting on extra payment.

It was very clean and they took care of me while I was sick. Very kind people. There’s no machine with free boiling and cold water. But you can have tea and cold water if you ask.

It served its purpose, room was good for the price. Clean and spacious enough. Staff was very friendly. Only the coffee during breakfast was weird. Hot water poured over ground coffee beans. It’s just not drinkable. Maybe we’re not used to this as Europeans Coffee
