Location the bathroom facility are full of hard water. A sudden late check in took a while. the staff need to clean the bathroom situation more serious.

I love that the location of this hotel is nearby to the city landmarks, I also love the coziness of the room at night, definitely comfortable. The room was a bit dusty and there are a lot of small leeches in the bathroom (they kept on coming back even after being washed off)

the location is strategic Very very very dirty. I reserved 5 rooms, all of them are dirty. There are many stains on the all bed cover. Then we asked the new one to the staff, and its all the same???. I asked for cancellation and refund, they say the app doesn't allow. On the corner of the room, it has something like moss/ pile of dirt. and on the every wall, it has stain too. a lot.
