Location. Staff on duty were very attentive throughout to respond. We were the only guests there at the time and it sure really felt like it. Had to wait for staff to be in to order breakfast on two occasion. Towels provided seemed worn and not off white in colour

We stayed only 2 nights on our way from the south to the north. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the beach amazing with magnetic sand (try and drop your mobile phone ;-) ) and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We forgot our daughters blanky and the hotel kept it until we came back 2 weeks later to pick it up. The opening ours of the restaurant where quite strange and it took them quite a while to figure out what we ordered. The qualtiy was nice though.

The only thing we liked was one of the chefs they've got, who made us an excellent cap cay. Having said so, somehow, on our second day, they didn't have nasi goreng for breakfast (their local dish) so we had to have some toast with bacon and sausage. Not that we really mind but for the price you pay, you expect to be able to choose among their breakfast options. We totally disliked our room. We couldn't quite believe it actually, it was scary. We booked a standard double room and of course you don't get to see any photo of it, there are only photos of the superior ones so we felt conned as soon as we got in. There wasn't much difference between the price of the rooms and we couldn't believe a standard room could be like that in a place like that. What's more, on the second day we found cat pooh in front of our room and nobody seemed to have realised and cleaned it... Also, the beach where the hotel is, is not the best beach either... We didn't see anyone have a swim there.

The location in front of the beach is really nice. Great spot to watch the sunset. There is also an Indomarkt if you need to buy anything, and a couple of restaurants along the coastline - The hotel does NOT look like the pictures AT ALL. Maybe when it was first built, but not anymore. All the walls are dirty and cracked. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and the toilets are destroyed and disgusting. - The staff almost can’t speak any English. - We stayed for 3 nights, the first day they made our room. The second day they didn’t, why? I still don’t know. We got no clean towels or bottles of water. - The swimming pool is a joke and the sunbeds are all dirty. - The staff for the breakfast is ridiculous. They don’t understand English at all. Then you may order any of their choices (that bring e.g eggs + fruit platter + juice + coffee). They may only bring you 1 plate. Or in our case we are 2 people, for one person they brought all, for the other one just 1 thing. They bring just one coffee. And then they don’t stick around, they disappear, so if you need anything at all, you have to go inside the kitchen or to the lobby to try and find someone to ask for the coffee they forgot or your breakfast at all. Terrible service. - While we were there they run out of many things, they run out of fruits except of watermelon. They run out of wine, of large beers, no pizzas, no joje burger… trying to have dinner there was impossible, thank God there were other options nearby.

The room was spacious There's a very busy road directly next to the hotel, and because your bathroom doesn't have a fully enclosed roof on it, the only thing that separates you from the constant noise of traffic is a thin wooden door that doesn't close properly. Expect to be woken up at 5 am. There were ants in the room. First night the party started 10 pm, ended 1 am. It was so loud I wasn't able to talk on the phone. Went to reception to complain about the noise 3 times, made no difference - staff were unable to resolve. If you're eating in the hotel's restaurant on the beachfront, expect to be constantly hassled by the peddlers - they're really persistent too. There's also nothing to do in the immediate area, so unless you rent a car/scooter or pay for a driver/trip, your only options are the beach or walk up and down a busy road, risking your life. As this was the OPPOSITE of the peaceful and relaxing stay that I chose to spend quite a bit of money on, I decided to check out the following morning. Getting a refund was a real battle. I was made to wait in the reception for 4 hours before a manager deemed it appropriate to appear, because hotel staff were unable to resolve themselves. Eventually managed to recover only a partial refund, which I don't think is fair, but at that point I was so exhausted after 3 hours of sleep + 4 hours of stress that I just wanted to get out of there. Utter nightmare, and the worst stay I have had in a full year of traveling.

This was a great place to start a tour of Lombok. Easy access from the ferry. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The pool area was beautiful and the property was right on the beach. It was lovely to have breakfast and dinner on bean bags on the sand listening to the waves. Staff very helpful and fixed a tiny problem we had very quickly.

We booked this last minute from a recommendation from our driver, what a little gem! The staff were incredible, the location on the beach was lovely. We only stayed two nights but would definitely return to this area. There are so many beautiful places to see, it's very sad that not so many tourists come here anymore. We found the people so friendly. The breakfast was incredible! We went on a tour to the Lombok wildlife park, Azir helped us book this, very trustworthy and nice man. He didn't work at the hotel, but for a tour company nearby. Lots of hassle on the beach, massage ladies particularly insistent! I do empathise, they have had such a terrible time throughout the pandemic. I don't think anyone from the west can even begin to understand the pain this country went through. As a result we had many, very reasonable, excellent massages!

We loved how friendly the staff were and so close to the beach. Constant hawkers trying to sell us stuff even while trying to have dinner. They were not discouraged to coming into the hotel area while relaxing having a drink or dinner. On the beach is fine but I don’t think they should be allowed into the property while trying to enjoy quiet time. I think the hotel should have rules. I know they have to make a living but we have also paid for a relaxing holiday.

The family room opened onto the pool which was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean, huge and comfortable. Staff helped me with printing documents for my visa extension. The peanut satay sauce at the restaurant was delicious! The family room backs onto the restaurant and can be quite noisy at night time. For us, it was fine but if you had smaller children who need to get to sleep early it could be a problem.
