Staffs were friendly

We will definitely book this again. Highly recommended. Very quiet idylic resort. We had a stunning 2 bedroom suite with a private pool and garden. There are 2 additional pools too both were excellent. Its a 5 min qaln to a unspoilt idylic beach. Loved the art market and restaurant there too. Service is impeccable!!

Villas where amazing

While the staff were pleasant, the hotel was old. Not much to do (if anything) to do in town. Left and went to Kuta.

Meh: The furnishing in my room was fairly basic. I might not have even noticed/commented except other "resorts" at this price point in Indonesia were beautifully furnished. Cons: The location was not particularly walkable, which put a major damper on my enjoyment of the property.

Sweet villas and resort! In convenient location close to beach. Nice pool and nice rooms.

Room was nice and spacious but did not change bedding when doing room clean. The power kept going out and then coming back on several times throughout the trip. also breakfast was really bad. We did not eat breakfast apart from the first day as a result of the food not being fresh and they did not have a working coffee machine in the restaurant.

Our room was comfortable, but a bit run down. The pool was amazing, however the surroundings looked a bit tired and could benefit from a little ‘face lift’ We would absolutely stay here again - good value for money.

The room was very dirty, we found a cockroaches… lot of noise, they cut the grass at 9:30 in front of the room and knock on the door to bring us the towels at 10:00am …

The staff was lovely, they were so friendly and accommodating. They even gave me free coconuts for drinking. The property is nice and good location. But my room bathroom definitely had mold visible on all walls and was just very unclean, nothing was even simply wiped down like the sink and shower glass. The bedroom was okay and clean but the bathroom was gross.

Room K7, Air-cond not cold the 1st night. Bathroom with smell, no exhaust fan. Overall ok.

The villas were in great condition, close to everything (walking distance) with taxi’s available to take you to the large shopping malls

Also there was no way of getting out of the swimming pool in the deep end

Excellent and exceptional friendly staff but rooms need major overhaul as it’s getting run down especially the toilets. Property is NOT elderly or child friendly so be warned.

Great food and pools. Wifi was spotty to non-functional. Easy walk to Sengiggi beach and Art Market.

Amazing introduction to luxury island life. The surrounding area is touristy but the private villa are idyllic. Our daughter loved the pool.

Hotel with green area surrounding that's why having fresh air and nice view but not for the pool, service for breakfast, electricity and water supply

I had a fantastic stay at Kebun Villas & Resort, the property is magnificent! The property is nestled in the forest but very close to the many restaurants, Art Walk and shops in Sengetti-- all walking distance. Here you will find well-kept gardens, beautiful smelling flowers, monkeys (occasionally) and a bird watcher's paradise!! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a stocked fridge of beverages and personal items in the bathroom -- all of which are restocked daily!! The pool is huge and uncrowded. Staff is kind and helpful. Food could be better, wifi was ok but sometimes a bit difficult.
