Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

Short distance to the Ferry Harbour and the main town. Beautifully landscaped complex directly on the beach. Very freindly and attentive staff. Good wifi around the vast complex, and good selection of international tv channels in the room. Not hugely noticeable, but some tiles were missing around the pool complex, and some of the pool lounges looked a bit worn. The electronic card door lock, was a little worn on our room. Several attempts were needed to activate the lock, but that may just hve been our room ?

Everything was perfect, from the arrival to the departure! Nothing !

The staff at this hotel were so helpful and friendly, they really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. There is a lovely stretch of beach that the hotel backs onto, with beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed.

Nice place for a quiet and resting vacation, especially for families with small children, facility is getting older but decent enough if you are looking for a laid back rest, beach and pool is OK to play with kids. The food options are limited, there is only 2 restaurants and one serves local food and the options near the hotel are limited. Kids zone is also for very young children (maybe under 3) as it is limited and no staff to organize games etc. for children.

Reliable The check in has always been a disaster for the last 20 years. Waiting 15 min to check in when the hotel is 20% occupied and there is only one other guest checking in is a disaster!!

Great, helpful staff, they arranged wonderful flower bucket on our arrival. Food was great, service perfect, location top. I highly recommend this hotel for Lombok vacation.

The pool is great and gardens are fabulous . Breakfast has a great selection of foods. No complaints

They serve bottled water, but some of the caps were difficult to open. I left a note with the hotel staff, asking them to open the bottle, but they just added another bottle. The hotel staff only realized that the bottle couldn't be opened after I asked them to open it in front of me.

The hotel is beautiful, an antique one. Breakfast is okay but not great for a 5 star hotel. Overall, it is still a good place to stay in Senggigi

For whatever reason, our room had, what i would consider, an excessive level of humidity in the room. Our clothes got damp and it took 6- 7 days for the clothes to finally dry.

Next to the clean beach, good breakfast with piano music, lovely big swimming pool. Rather humid in the room.

The hosts the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were kind! Because of their ocean, unfortunately, it can sometimes be a bit dirty along the beaches and in the water, which might appear a little murky. However, the resort more than makes up for it with its wonderful amenities and welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing staff, facilities for the kids and breakfast buffet. When we arrived, they first said that they could not fulfill the request of having our rooms close by, which was important, since we were travelling with our 9 and 11 year old kids. We said that this was not an option, since they are too young spend the night so far apart. They apologized, gave us an upgrade to a suite connecting to another room, and invited us to two free cocktails. The kids loved the pool with the slide, as welll as the baby turtle center. would definitely go back if we return to Senggigi.

Walking around the area is terrifying because of how fast and reckless people drive. You take your life into your hands every time you try to cross the street. Hotel could probably advocate for some kind of traffic-calming in the area; painted pedestrian crossings are just ignored by all motorists.

Location. Right on beach and near to a number of cafes and restaurants. A great pool. Good sized rooms. Nice bfast. Reasonably clean and maintained The property is old and shows some signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms can be better, and so can be the water pressure in the shower.
