Property is old and rundown. Needs renovation. I can see lots of water mark from leaking. My room number is missing a number, it really gave me bad first impression. Lot's of stairs. It is very inconvenient especially during rain.

The management and staff were very friendly, we enjoyed the breakfast (included in our room price), the pool was a good size and our room was on the ground floor near the entry, so very convenient. The linen was good (with the exception of one set which was damp) the pillows were quite high (causing a crack in the neck) but were changed when we mentioned it. The linen and towels need to be inspected and damaged and pulled threads removed from service. We had some questionable sheets and towels which I thought should not have been provided to guests. A little more care should be shown to the cleaning of the rooms (we had dirty cups sit for three days).

The resort was pretty, the rooms were basic but clean and the staff were lovely. The layout is a touch confusing and there are a lot of stairs (fine for me but worth noting for others). The included breakfast was fine but a little inconsistent (sometimes you had pastries, other times not). In general the restaurant food could have been a little better.

Stay away from svarga. Booked 5 nights, left after the 4th. The pictures online are fake, no planted roofs and everything looks dated, our balcony room didn't have any furniture on the balcony which made it utterly pointless as we couldn't really make use of it. Food in the restaurant is average at best with tough stewed beef and the unnecessary use of hotplates. No information prior to or during booking that the hotel doesn't serve alcohol, which is fine, it would've been nice to know that if you like to have a cocktail by the pool, this isn't the place for it. What is and isn't included in breakfast changes on the daily with very little to no explanation by the staff. Only one glass of warm water included in said breakfast. On checkout no one asked how our stay was or why it is that we're checking out earlier WITHOUT requesting a refund. To crown it all off my partner came on her period during the night and slightly stained the sheets. For this non deliberate extremely involuntary act we were charged 800.000 (a sum they seemed to make up on the spot), which was not disclosed anywhere that something like this wouldn't be included in the already quite pricey room and quite frankly is discriminatory towards women. I should've listened to all the other bad reviews, do your research People. Svarga left a sour taste in my mouth. For the same price you can stay somewhere much better or cheaper where it doesn't feel like you're being ripped off.

Staff After boasting to my partner how good this hotel was as I have previously stayed there, I regretted every day. We could not use our private pool because the decking was full of leaches. We also had a visit from a scorpion to add to our misery. The rooms need a refurbishment. Our stay was for 5 nights, to the management you should give us some free nights. Our outside shower we had to laugh was full of bees thank goodness for Baygun, to patrons who intend to book a room with private pool our room was 614

What a view! We booked the outdoor bath on the top floor, which over looked Lombok. The view, the stars and a evening bath was just lush. Its just what i thought it would be and more. Shared pool was nice to after breakfast, just looking at those views before we left. juts didn't have enough time there. Its up a lot of stairs and the staff kindly carry your bags. The place needs a updating/painting, so if you do book, know your booking for the private pool or views, don't expect clinical finishing and furniture, this place is what it is, it could be soo much more, but we still loved it.

It looked nice from outside and the breakfast was okay Tv with basically one channel watchable, because of picture quality. Blocked drain in the shower that took about two hours to fix. Very unfriendly reception stuff (night shift) No alcohol available, which wasn’t very important for us but I would still like to have an option

Wonderful views from our room, cool bathroom, beautiful hotel generally and very friendly and helpful staff. There were no vegan meals on the dinner menu aside from hot chips. Equally, vegan breakfast options were very limited.

Beautiful view, pool was small but nice and room was comfortable especially the bed. Staff were very friendly, especially Ayu at reception. Was only there 1 night, and got a really good deal on booking.com for it. I’d read that the hotel was outdated and needed lots of repairs and I did see that in my room (paint coming off walls, cracks in basin, wall power points coming out of wall) but It didn’t bother me because I was expecting that and for the price I got I didn’t mind. The view makes up for it!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were offered a 10 min free massage to use during our stay. The view is magnificent with an infinity pool in the upper levels. Very near to beaches and you can rent a scooter to go there. The bathroom is completely out of the box. There was a loud lizard in our room during our last night.
