Close to MIECC, covered walkway to Mines Mall There's only ONE card provided. You can't use dummy card to keep the room chilled. No refrigerator and the room i had was leaking in the toilet. Staff at desk did mentioned that technician was checking on something so it has something to do with that. Got late checkin due that, but issue was never resolved.

I stayed here because it's only a few minutes walk to MIECC (concert venue), so very convenient location. There are convenient stores in the hotel building, but you can also walk to the mall next to it. The room is quite spacious. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. Basic amenities are provided (shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds/pads, soap, shampoo). Hot water worked fine. There are a kettle, instant coffee and bottled water. The staff at check-in was in a bit of a mood, but the staff at check-out was nice. My room wasn't very clean, could still see hair in the wash basin and dust here and there. Only one body towel provided, no hair towel. No fridge. Wall-mounted hairdryer came off of the wall. Only one trash can in the room (there should be one more in the restroom!) No hand soap provided (gotta use the body soap instead). No window. Lighting in the room makes it difficult when doing makeup. Thin walls, I could hear everything that's going on (if you're a light sleeper, prepare yourself). No safe for storing your valuables. No usb or universal sockets so prepare a universal adapter!

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It's near to The Mines, access to many restaurants and more parkings available. This is my fourth time here.

the room was spacious and clean. Value for money. Ample complimentary parking space with close proximity (covered walkway) to shopping mall.

TV not much of channels and room lighting is too dark

we can check-in and check-out anytime~ maybe the first time we check-in coz they told us the room is not avail bec someone already check-in there but they gave us another room

There is a link bridge to mines mall Aircon took a while before the room feels chill,the hotel is still kina of renovating
