موقعه قريب لديزني 10 دقايق بالسيارة خدمة الاستقبال موجودة 24 ساعة يوجد لوبي صغير وجلسات خارجية عالحديقة الغرف حجمها ممتاز مريحة هادئة نظيفة الفطور بوفيه ( اصناف اساسية للفطور ) يوفر سرير اطفال مجانا عند الطلب ( crib ) الفندق بشكل عام مناسب جدا للعائلات والافراد لهدف قربه من ديزني لاند مع تقديم خدمات اساسية للمعيشة لا يوجد تلفون ف الغرفة ، لازم تنزل للاستقبال اذا احتجت شي لا يوجد مكينة قهوة او غلاية للماء او مشروبات ساخنة ( شاي ، قهوة ، ) الكاوية موجودة عند الطلب لا توجد خدمة نقل الشنط من والى الغرفة

Great location in proximity of Disneyland Paris. We arrived around midnight after a day in the Disneyland Park, and late check-in was no issue. The Lady at the desk was friendly and helpfull. The Hotel has its own parking garage with enough space where u can park you car in a safe way. Room has a large TV with streaming and casting options. Good shower and clean beds. Parking is great, but expensive at 10euro a night. They don't inform u about this at the reservation or at the description on Booking.com. No option te get a snack or cold drink when the bar is closed (no vending machines).

It’s closed to Disneyland. Adorable staff I like everything

We chose your hotel primarily because of its location, and secondly because we believed it would provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family and our child. We specifically booked the family room because we wanted our son to have his own separate sleeping area. However, upon entering the room, our son climbed onto the top bunk bed and immediately noticed a large spider web hanging directly in front of his face. As a result, our son felt uncomfortable sleeping there and ended up sleeping in our bed instead. Additionally, we were very disappointed with the breakfast. Considering the price charged, the selection was quite poor, and even worse, many basic items were unavailable. For example, on both mornings there were no eggs, fruit salad or pancakes available at all.

Great Location, Clean and spacious room Suitable for families

Great bathroom. Love parking on-site. The bar and drink selection were quite fun. The quality of the breakfast was lacking. The selection was great and the bread was fresh but the eggs tasted like they came out of a box. The bacon was limp and so were rhe sausages. The coffee was gross but not horrible.

Clean & perfect for a family. Fantastic value.

No water on room / no slippers / no one help you to take luggage / no free bus to Disney like others hotel on the area

Property was nice and clean After 10pm the main gate closes and we could not get into the property they want you to call a number but is inconvenient for people with roaming had to go to the property next door and ask for the door PIN since the AKENA staff were no able to provide one..

Cozy Quiet Peacefull breakfast was cold

The hotel is a very modern place to arrive. No too "chique" but very casual. Great for a quick rest if you are staying near Paris. It was less amusing to arrive at a hotel where there were a lot of youth hanging around in the middle of the night. The bar was a bit overwhelmed with empty glasses and bottles everywhere.

Very close to Disneyland. Big rooms and good parking! Cold shower and empty handsoap.

Hair dryer didn't work.

I did like the room size and comfort of the room, bed, and the bathroom. I did not like the hours of the restaurant next door, the prices of the bar in the hotel, nor the location of the hotel it is the furthest hotel that has some type of connection with Disney and the bus stop was about two blocks away which is a lot when walking in the rain and dragging luggage.

i did like how clean the property is, the front dest guy was too rude to us, we have checked in late, and the front desk guy said" no one told me that that u guys are comminh this late " i mean why would i be pre telling you that, i have already paid for it online, the AC was too hot it wasnt working

Breakfast is definitely not the best

- Very nice spacious, modern, and clean room. Employees are nice and helpful. - The hotel is 10 min away from Disney Paris and taking an Uber is like ~€10-13 each way. - price - value is very good, I’d 100% come back and highly recommend this hotel. - We could hear a phone vibrating in the room next to us, morning another guest’s alarm went off for 20 minutes and woke us up at 7 am. The soundproofing could be improved. - breakfast is okish - would expect more hot dishes for 18 euros (only egg and bacon) but better than nothing, since there aren’t alternatives close by. - AC doesn’t cool down as much as we’d like - The WiFi worked fine on my phone, but my MacBook couldn’t load the login page until I did some tech troubleshooting. This is something most guests wouldn’t know how to fix, so it may be worth updating the system to make laptop connections easier.
