Clean hospitality and quiet They should put mineral water at rooms

The staff are great, the bed was THE most comfortable bed I have slept on in a hotel. Kitchen space was good, nice big TV. Wifi was strong and great, loved the charging stations at the bed for mobile. Tons of international travelers from all over, nice amenities for kids (pool, arcade etc). Air Con was great. They need to develop the landscaping a lot more - it could be so much more pretty. Especially in the area around the pool and outside space to sit at. This place also needs a playground of some kind for outside for kids that parents need to supervise. They need a lot more vegetarian options in the restaurant.

The pool was dirty and over chlorinated. Our mattress was very dirty, but they replaced it with a new one which was lovely. The staff at the bar were incredibly rude and slow. There was a small very limited shop on site, but it was not even open when we were there. An arcade that you needed to pay for separately and no free simple activities like cornhole or shuffleboard (that they would have space to include).

Great location, great beds and shuttle bus service - their driver was really kind and stopped again just as he'd departed when my daughter and I were running to catch it - lovely to see such a kind human touch from their staff. Wifi was great, so was the TV and bathrooms were really nice and comfortable too. Very clean overall and new building. The free filtered water was a nice touch. Overall everything was fine, but they charged a tourism fee that wasn’t made clear during booking. I was too tired to argue after a long day of travel, so I let it go, but I think this should be communicated more transparently upfront. Charged a hidden tourism fee at check-in. This should have been made clear during booking.

This property is modern and convenient to the area. It has a very clean lines aesthetic, lighting is excellent and room is a nice size. Excellent air con and the MOST comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. I wish they would develop the outside gardens a lot more. Especially outside the pool area, where guests could lay outside in privacy if they wanted and if you wanted an evening garden hangout there was a resting area. More trees, more plants to lessen the harsh modern lines.

They didn’t return my deposit security they told that it will be back in my account after 48hours .. I called the bank they told me that the hotel is still holding the amount of money they didn’t release it .. I tried to send them a msg here in booking they didn’t reply .. and I want them to solve the problem as soon as possible

The pool was really great and adding to the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The water was a sometimes cold , not stable. And also the water pressure in the shower was very light.

The pool was awful! very dirty. The spa's capacity was extremely limited. Long corridors. very long ones! dark and narrow.

Nice hotel, quite close to Disneyland — about 15 minutes by bus. The rooms are comfortable, the swimming pool is large, and the staff are friendly. There is a spacious, free parking area with charging stations. However, the bus to Disneyland is small compared to the number of guests using it, and not everyone could fit. There were also not enough seats, even though most passengers were families with children. There was a huge line of people waiting for a table at breakfast. The breakfast was okay, but not particularly delicious. The swimming pool is spacious, but there is not enough information about how to get towels, access the sauna, etc.
