This is a small thing, but the elevators were giving trouble all the time

The hotel price was reasonable, but the breakfast was very poor, the room was too small for 3 people, and the bathroom fixtures were very old.

Very small shower cabin (I think 80x80 cm) with only one fixed shower head, at the top. So, was quite difficult not to wet your hair and rinse everywhere. Wardrobe closet has no doors, on a wall there is a metal bar with hangers.

The staff was very helpful, also Lucio from the breakfast was very kind, the localización was good 10 min walking from the metro station, comfortably room. It is a little close to the road so was some noise at nigth, but we enjoyed our stay, I will come back sure.

Everything was almost perfect; I think the position of this hotel is absolutely gorgeous and we stayed in Milano in so many different locations, but this one is our number 1 !!! Fantastic staff, Grazie mille a voi ? Room was big, new furniture with slippers for all of us, bath towels and everything that you need. Restaurants/Pizzerias everywhere. They should split the old side of hotel in a 3* and this new one in a 4*; we stayed in the STANDARD room too and should be more cheaper than the new/renovate side. So, take the SUPERIOR room if available, because worth every cent !

Staff was great, very friendly ! Room was big. Our car was “sleeping” in a very good parking garage, underground. Position was more than perfect, just a 5 minutes walk from St Marelli Metro station; and from there in 15 minutes we were at Duomo. This hotel has 2 sides : - one that is old, with a big room, BUT old furniture and a BIG problem with shower cabin, which was extremely small and we are only 1,70 m and 65 kg !!! Luckily it was a bidet too. and - another one which is a really 4* establishment/room.

The staff was helpful and polite . The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof. This supposed to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it wasn't at all. When we checked in the lady told me that my room was upgraded from standard to superior, I was excited about it but wait..... The room was old and small, the bathroom was full of mould in the shower, the toilet seat was moving and we found quite a few long hair on the towels and in the bathroom. There was no water in the room. The minibar was empty and leaking water inside it. The receptionist asked me for a credit card as guaranteed? For what? In the entrance there was a security/guardian that never helped us with the luggage when we arrived or left the hotel. Definitely not a 4 star service.
