5tS was ideal for our short stop in lovely Sete. After navigating the slightly awkward keypads, we appreciated the clean and functional nature of the rooms, adequate for 4 adults plus small child. The rooms are more than adequate at this price point, with a nice shower in particular. 5tS is close to the train station so easy to get to. This is pretty low frills but suited us fine for a stopover. I wouldn’t book for a longer stay especially with 3+ adults as it could be quite cramped and bunk beds may not suit everyone. Location is great for the station but not especially central for the main sights in Sete.

Location 1/ No reception and sometimes encounters difficulties to use their lock for getting IN the building. 2/mattress too hard and towel not soft.

Large room, coffee machine and excellent location. No reception or staff. Struggled to get the codes to work on the entrance door.

Close to the railway station of Sète. Very clean location. Check-In was very easy.

The property was great!! It was a wonderful stay! The only thing was the listing advertised bag storage but didn’t really have a system set up for it. A staff member let us keep our bags in the common room for the time we needed.

Everything, one needs. Lobby has even a microwave. Very friendly land lady. Not really big critic, but quite some things need additional thinking/action. All could have been in some doc. I searched for a document for explanation. Well, figured it out myself....e.g. Making the room not have too much day light;getting the TV channel sorted, got it, but the streaming choices were all bad. YouTube was the choice; turn off the air conditioning; post turn on, turn off the heating in the bath room.

Small confusion about which room we had, but Pauline called us back within 10 minutes and the issue was solved swiftly! Overall a positive stay, nice staff and very central location. :)

Neat to station and main shopping, but slightly away from harbour side (which is good in terms of noise). Facilities good (incl. air conditioning that worked!). Automated entry by key codes is a little unnerving (need to be assured that codes have changed). Everything automated so no contact with staff, and also nowhere to leave luggage on departure. Room slightly internal (only two skylights). Not too impressed by fall in price between early booking (approx 2 months in advance) and later confirmation (almost felt as if I'd been penalised for early booking)
