Our room was clean. We had 2 dogs and I guess I expected to be able to tell it was a pet room, but I couldn't tell at all! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many delicious options like biscuits and gravy, waffle, eggs, yogurt, sausage, breads, and more.

We only stayed for 1 day but the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have is the hallway smelled.

Location was fine 1 room across from mine didn’t have screens in the windows so a child was hanging out the window. The room were so tiny and stuffy.

It was a great place to stay if you want to stay close to pigeon forge and other attractions, the only downfall I had was the room was laid out odd and had a very muggy.

The breakfast was great and staff was friendly. There felt like a dampness in the air. The bathroom set up is a challenge. The sink area is carpeted and the shower and toilet area are separate but very small. The fitness area was terrible. 3 pieces of equipment and the treadmill made a terrible thumping noise. Unable to do run indoors.

We were only there one night and was traveling with our pet. The room was nice, comfortable and met our needs nicely. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The pet walk was well lit and felt very safe. The breakfast was really good.
