The Resort at Governor's Crossing

There weren’t enough seating for the large amount of people that stay here. Around the pool and fire pits if you didn’t get there 2 hours early there was nowhere to enjoy what was going on. TV in master bedroom never worked after maintenance came 4 times. Enjoyed the room and the balcony

Staff, all of them are amazing

Housekeeping was consistently lacking throughout our visit. At one point, we had three days’ worth of used towels piling up in our room. When clean towels were delivered, they were simply left on the table, and on one occasion they were dropped off in a trash bag outside our door. It certainly didn’t feel like the level of service you would expect. The kitchen trash was emptied, but none of the other trash in the room was ever taken out, leaving us to deal with garbage ourselves. To make matters worse, our balcony overlooked an overflowing dumpster surrounded by discarded mattresses, furniture, and other debris. It was an unpleasant view and not at all what we expected. Aside from the front desk and pool area, I rarely saw any staff during our stay. Overall, the lack of housekeeping, poor cleanliness, and lack of attention to guest requests made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had, and I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it based on my experience.

In door pool burned kids eyes. Seemed to need more fresh air

The “water park “ area was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was horrible. The parking lit was always full. Ran out of toilet paper.

Nice hotel could use some renovation but it is a nice resort with a lot of activities for kids in the middle of a lot of attractions would definitely stay here again thank you for making great memories

We loved our first resort experience being at The Resort. The room was beautiful and clean. I would have to say the handle on the outside of the door was loose. That gave me a little worry as to if someone would be able to get it, but we loved the extra security inside the door. The property was gorgeous and we really really enjoyed the stay.

Internet could have been better

This place is awesome and son.uch fun you don't even have to leave the resort. Its a lot for families and kids to do along with walking distance to even a Walmart super center, gas stations and way more. The staff was very friendly and helpful from front desk to attendants to even the cleaning staff. I loved my two bedroom place it was so clean and nice even had a washer and dryer inside.

Only complaint is that the indoor pool had so much chlorine that it would literally burn your eyes sitting in there.

Great location

We had issue w a premature entry key deactivation and were left outside w a screaming 3 yr old , staff had no idea how it happened , another toddler had a diaper mishap on toddler splash pad and staff didn’t clean until next day. Big biohazard…my grandchild almost slipped in it.. tomm was clean, property well organized . Staff needs some re training , i would definitely go back.

The pool opens at 9am but the water slides don't open until 11am until 8pm when they had enough staff, rarely did it actually stay open all day. There is no restaurant or snack shop on property and the vending machine were broken the whole time we where there. What would be considered the master bedroom with the balcony and on suite bathroom had two queen beds. Our grandkids had to sleep in this room. This felt like a major safety issuedor us.The king bed was in the room with no balcony and also had no on suite bathroom. House keeping was great very friendly.

I took my 3 grandkids, 13, 11, and 9. The room was clean. The appliances all were clean and worked great. The pools were clean, and open late. The slides were fun, however they closed early, 7ish. The staff were all nice. Will go again

The location of the Resort was great, it was in the center from Walmart, Tanger Outlet, and minutes away from Dollywood amusement park. There are several good eateries near the Resort. The indoor/outdoor pool was great location and we enjoyed the hot water spa. I would stay there again.

The rooms were all very well kept and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water park was clean and the kids really enjoyed it.

Everything was so very clean and that is a big asset to me. Staff was great also That I couldn't stay longer
