We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit without a balcony. Not sure if this size units have balconies or not. There was a door in our unit connecting it to another one and we could hear the other guests talking and their TV. Our unit was clean, bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was not comfortable. Small kitchen had an ice maker and all the basics you would need. Our unit did not look like the ones in the pictures! We went in all the pools and hot tubs. The jets did not work in most of the hot tubs and the pools could definitely use a cleaning. They had lots of available activities throughout the day. The grounds are just on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg depending on the traffic. Overall we liked the property and would stay here again.

The one pool was tacky feeling and very cloudy one on the night we used it. There was also a lot of hair floating in the pool (maybe a better filtration system) other then that we were very pleased with pour stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was great for cooking a few meals with the family.

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The rooms were well-maintained, common areas were spotless, and it was clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The grounds were also beautifully kept, with landscaping and outdoor areas receiving consistent attention and care. My only real criticism is that there are not enough pools for a property of this size. Given the number of guests and the overall scale of the resort, additional pool space would help reduce crowding and improve the guest experience. One other thing prospective guests should be aware of is the vacation ownership/timeshare presentation. While staff members were courteous, there can be significant pressure to attend a presentation. If you're not interested, be prepared to politely but firmly decline. Overall, the Wyndham offers excellent service, clean accommodations, and a well-maintained property. Despite the limited pool availability and presentation sales efforts, I would still recommend it and would consider staying again in the future.

It was a great place! The kids loved the playground, pools, and splash pad. I loved not having to leave the resort or pay extra for the kids to have fun.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the activities center very much, and every staff member we talked with was friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I usually stay in a cabin but because of the high prices we chose to stay here. Wow we were very impressed. The condos were located close to everything, literally right across the way from Walmart, Tanger Outlets and the NASCAR Racetracks. The balcony was huge. The condo was huge. A lot of space for me my husband and two kids. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and not too crowded. We were able to walk to the pool from our condo. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely do this again.

Amenities such as pool, miniature golf and Karioki night. Family enjoyed all of the options More Handicap parking, but still would stay again.

The only thing that I can say about this place was not knowing they were requiring a $250 deposit. If I known I would’ve bought a credit card just for that and I also took over three days to get that deposit back. Also, the porches are not made for total privacy.

The 2 bedroom apartment. The pool, hot tub and Sauna. Since I booked through a 3rd party(Booking.com) I was required to go through a time share meeting. Was no informed of this prior to booking.

Everything was good

The rooms are set up for travelers to have a short or long stay. Nice size rooms too.

A little dated. And spread out.

Great location, very clean! Would definitely stay again.
