Check in took 45 minutes. Then we were told to talk to someone else for a map of the place. That person was there to try and convince us to go to a timeshare presentation. When you’re already annoyed about the way check in went, that makes its all the more obnoxious. Then we were told we were in a different building up the road. So we took our luggage back to our car and drove there. Walked in to that building and there was employees just standing at the desk. Why couldn’t we just check in there? We then found out that the elevators were both stuck. We were on the 5th floor. The outdoor pool was closed at the main hotel(no mention of that when booked!) and the outdoor pool at the one we stayed out wasn’t open either.

We always check sheets when staying somewhere. Found dried blood on the sheets of one of the beds. Called to get replacement and was told they would send up. After 2 hours of not receiving anything, went to checkin and told her what happened. She gave me new sheets and said it is after midnight….it wasn’t when I called. Found dried blood on comforter of 2nd bed. Asked for 4 new towels and a roll of toilet paper at a different time by 9 pm. We received the towels the next day but no toilet paper. Frustrating to say the least!

Customer service some people were kind and some of the staff just did not care about their job and communication was poor when you check in the waterpark was closed for two days out of my stay and I only got to enjoy the indoor waterpark. The room I checked into was dirty upon check in and it took two times for me to get the issue addressed! I have stay at many hotels and this one I rate the stay like 3 stars the resorts needs to work on the hospitality and customers service with front desk needs to be addressed also.

Food is okay but pricey. Water park was lots of fun

Overall is was a good experience. Online says you can buy the extra hour of water park for $30 but when you get into the hotel it’s actually $35. Maybe update your site.

The only part I didn't like was the indoor water park closed to early.

Had a great time. The property was clean and the facilities were nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit. My only complaint was the lodge pools close at 6pm forcing you down to the water park. Also soaky mountain tickets are not included just discounted. However we had enough to do at the resort water parks that was not missed. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff not helpful, broken coffee maker and had to wait 3 hours just to make coffee in the room. Room advertise with a stove top and it was not working. Towels were stained. The waterpark was not open. The lady named Chelsea at the front desk at the River Lodge was extremely rude and arrogant. Roach in the bathtub . The crib mattress had a hole in it. It was disgusting.
