Everything was wonderful and very well organized ?

The location was super good, appartment very well maintained, confortable bed and pillows! ☺️

The room we had, number 11, faces the street, and you can hear absolutely everything from outside. The windows are not soundproof, and it feels like you’re living right on the street. The room is small and cramped, and it needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. I didn’t like it. I do not recommend it. The pictures from the booking does not reflect the reality.

The location was terrific. We walked everywhere from the property. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely return.

Central location, major sights are just walk away. The rooms are beautifully decorated—bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kind staff are always ready to answer questions and offer help, making the stay feel personal and welcoming.

Room was clean,tidy,spacious with excellent facilities,comfortable bed. Central location with shops,bar, restaraunts and tourist attractions all within easy walking distance. Shower drain in our room, no 11 needs attention as water is slow draining,we had to be careful not to let it flood the batroom area.

The property is in a central area. There is a lot of building work going on and at times it was very noisy, particularly early in the morning.

Clean, comfortable, compact, fab location. We got charged 10% more than our booking confirmation stated, the host and booking.com told us it was the exchange rate fluctuating but this didn’t really change in the 24 hours from when we booked to the money being taken from our account. Really upset about this particularly as there was no sense of customer support / loyalty / recovery from booking.com. We have booked quite a bit of accommodation via them over the years and have never paid more than the booking confirmation amount so was left very dissatisfied by the experience which is a shame

Perfectly located for all the main sights of Seville. Very easy to enter ( no key ) and had everything I needed for my stay.

Clean and central location.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, served with a lift, kitchenette, and well sized bathroom. It is super central, just a few minutes' walk from Sentas, Cathedral, and Real Alcazar. Car can not enter the area where the apartment is, but it is right in the heart of shops and restaurants.
