I liked everything about this hotel. The location is great. The staff were wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone going to Seville. Its more 4 stars than the 3 its rated.

We enjoyed a room upgrade which gave us a spacious room. The quality of the offering is very good value and the bed was super comfortable. The friendliness of the Staff made us feel very welcome. The pool area is very small so if this is why you’ve chosen the property, you might choose something else, for us that did not matter.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic breakfast selection and high-quality ingredients. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was truly first-class. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This hotel offers a true luxury experience in the heart of the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist at check-in. Superb breakfast with daily changes of both the hot and cold foods, well laid out breakfast area and plenty of room to move around the buffet. The hotel had a secondary lobby area around the bar which acted as a large relaxation area with plenty of designer sofas and chairs. The room was well decorated and fresh. House maintenance made a good job of cleaning the room and replenishing items. Water pressure was good and constant hot water. The hotel was in the historic centre and easy access to all the sites and attractions. The swimming pool is no bigger than a good sized bedroom and for a hotel of that capacity not really adequate especially when certain guests hog the 6 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs. The 4 person lift is also used by staff for cleaning and maintenance so wait time can be a bit long.
