Staff and reception responsibility to give me a proper room. It was a hot day and rhe airco was not working, did not see any cooperation from the hotel.

Location was great There was a musty smell

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful hotel. Best location. Wonderful friendly staff. Too little coffee and tea in the rooms.

Location was amazing, service team was friendly and impeccable, and room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel also offers two free walking tours every day One small point of feedback that would make this property a 10/10: I know it’s a minor additional cost, but it would really help to have shampoo conditioner and body wash separately rather than as a three in one product

Need more tea in the room . I drink alot of tea

The attention at the lobby was exceptional, the room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect.

The pool was not in use

In the center of the historic district, very nears, everything the pool on the roof was a lifesaver. It gets very hot there even in October. The staff was excellent. They do have a restaurant we did not stay to. Eat there. Our room was spacious and had a lot of space for hanging clothes. You must walk with your luggage to the hotel. It's not that bad, but I didn't know at the time. There is no room service

The location is perfect, definitely in the pedestrian old city but near the edge so it's quite easy to get to with luggage. The welcome on arrival was lovely. The hotel itself is a nice blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Very good sleep and a fantastic shower. My room was spacious, sufficient storage to unpack properly, had effective and adjustable air-conditioning, a nice little sofa, complimentary water, and was directly on a busy lane but totally quiet when the window was shut. There were discreet recycling bins in the lobby for guests to sort their trash, which I appreciated. All the reception staff were always very friendly and helpful when I had requests. Thank you! The safe in my room didn't work, which was a real nuisance. I mentioned it twice to reception but it couldn't be fixed during my very short stay. It would have been quite useful if reception had the traditional detailed paper maps for guests because navigating via phone doesn't work perfectly in the old city.

Cleaning staff. A four star hotel shouldn’t forget to provide guests with appropriate towels and bedding daily.

Right at the heart of the old town, beautiful quaint streets everywhere! Lovely tapas on every corner, with views from the terrace you can only dream of!

The staff were lovely. The hotel was clean. The patio was tiny with no view compared to the picture online. No hair dryer in the room and they don’t replenish the tea & coffee. The breakfast was nice but very chaotic and disorganised. Location of the hotel is amazing.

The hotel was very accommodating and we also got to join a free tour of the city. Communication with the hotel was seamless. Location is amazing, and the taxi can drop you off nearby n/a
