Location very strategic and room was clean The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning was very noisy and not working well. Additionally I was charged double the price they tipically have in the same period (this shouldn’t happen if the room is the last one available you cannot charge guests double the price itysimply unfair)

The front desk, especially PAULA and ENRIQUE are very helpful and do their best to help the clients. Honestly they’re the big plus of the hotel. Location is great in the plaza de santa cruz, where youll enjoy lot of restaurants and have a nice walk to the cathedral. Rooms are not big enough, but the major issue with this hotel and hotel arounds, it’s hard to use the car and parking is very expensive.

Location was very central Overpriced room was very small. Aircon was ineffective. Tea tray was not properly restocked. For boutique hotel would expect fresh milk and a good coffee machine

Beautifully decorated hotel and nestled in the centre of Santa Cruz, with a village feel in the middle of the city. We didn't need to avail any public transport for the tourist attractions, everything was walking distance. Joaquin at the reception was very warm and helpful. The location was also easy for us to see the Semana Santa during Holy week. The room size was very small for the price we were charged.

Location. Everything.

Position was great The price way top High. Almost 300 euro for a room with "patio view" but once you enter the room you under stand that the patio Is Just the ground floor of the Building where everyone gas to go throug to beach the rooms which means that you have no privacy and you Need ti keep the Windows closed. Plus the room was tiny and the breakfast was pretty poor. Not worth the price, at all

Location was fantastic as it is in the heart of old Seville and very close to the cathedral.

Perfect location, within walking distance to Alcazar castle and Cathedral of Seville and many many restaurants, bars and cafes and shopping. This boutique motel is beautifully done and nestled in the narrow streets of Seville historical Center. When you think of Spain this is what you imagine. I rate this place 1 out 10 I give it a 12! The breakfast buffet was very delicious with an espresso machine. I will definitely stay here more often. If I had to choose something, I guess it would be the public parking is about 9-10 minutes away with your luggage on cobblestone walkways But that made our glass of champagne given to us as we arrived even more refreshing. 10-10 in my books.

I stayed here during a work trip and overall had a lovely experience. However, finding the hostal was quite a challenge. My taxi dropped me off at Alfaro Plaza, which is about 100 meters from the hotel, but I didn’t realize that at the time. I hadn’t read the text message the hostal had sent with directions, so I ended up wandering for 30 minutes trying to find the place—no one could point me in the right direction! When my husband arrived three days later, his taxi dropped him off at a different plaza, claiming it was as far as it could go, and he ended up walking around for nearly an hour. So if you’re arriving by taxi, make sure to check your directions in advance. Also be aware that Google Maps can be unreliable in the historic quarter. Once I settled in, the stay was excellent. My room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the small fridge and kettle. A basket of teas and instant coffee was replenished daily, which was a nice touch. Being in the historic center means you're surrounded by great restaurants, charming cafés, and ice cream shops. Despite the central location, the rooms were very quiet. I would gladly stay here again—just be sure you know how to find it!

Great hotel in a great location - this was probably the best hotel of my overall trip!! Staff offered me a complimentary prosecco when I arrived and as my room wasnt yet ready I sat and drank coffee in the restaurant until it was. The staff were very accomodating and so welcoming. The room was also very nice, well presented, good space and secure. To find it was not so easy, but hey this is Seville where everything is difficult to find in the old town!

Great location. Good value breakfast. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room was small but quiet and clean. Nice and cool especially as it was very hot outside TV frustrating to use and lack of free channels Toilet door wouldn't stay closed, keep swinging open
