A luxurious feeling hotel with a lovely buffet breakfast and a smart and extremely well-appointed rooms. I loved having a nespresso machine in the room, as well as access to an iron (rare in 2026). A must stay in Sevilla.

I liked the location , it was very clean and they had a hair straightener in the room which I thought was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and Helpful Our room had a step as soon as you opened the door which I thought was quite hazardous. It was always a bit inconvenient if you came home anyway late at night as there was no bell so you had to knock in hopes that staff in the back room would see or hear you. They always did but we were waiting up to 10 minutes one night.

Fantastic location, really clean and comfortable. Walking distance from everywhere. Staff checking us in were amazing, very helpful and recommended excellent restaurants. We asked a member of staff to book us a taxi for checkout. When we were checking out we double checked it was booked which she confirmed. However when it had not arrived 10 minutes after the requested time only then did the staff member actually confirm/ check/ book the taxi. This resulted in us nearly missing our train.

Extremely professional staff both check in and check out . Beautiful historic property modernized but maintaining the history . Amazing crisp sheets :) Beautiful bathroom . Espresso machine in the room . Nice common areas with very unique design aesthetic . Great location on walk street historic center . All perfect .
