Breakfast was so thoughtful (the mini pancakes and waffles were so delicious and the coffee machine was great!) N/A - loved everything! Wish the staff was more friendly but could be the language barrier - usually hotels welcome you back to the hotel or wish you a good day as you are going out for the day. The staff at the reception would not acknowledge anyone who they weren’t servicing directly.

Everything. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. The food & drink was of high standard. The room was very spacious, AC ensured the room was cool during hot weather & the bed was extremely comfortable. Bedroom & bathroom both modernised with jungle shower & plentiful storage space. Make sure you get to the pool early as all sun loungers can fill up quite quick.

The hotel is 15 min away from Real Alcazar, it is very clean with a very nice staff. It was also my birthday and they surprised me with some sweets and a bottle of water. The pool is very clean and nice.

Modern and very large rooms. Nice bathroom too. Swimming pool is a plus. Good AC. Close to the metro. No complaints.

Very clean, modern spacious rooms with sofa. Very well located to use tram into historical area (Real Alcazar) and walking distance to Plaza de Espana. Indoor parking easily accessible. Small grocery store and pharmacy a five minute walk in a lovely safe neighbourhood. Nothing, everything was great.
