My apartment was near the street. Unfortunately the traffic (from 7am-2am) was way too noisy for me. For the rest it is a recommendable stay.

Great location, great facilities. Would recommend putting some hooks somewhere! It’s always nice to be able to hang a towel, etc.

I didn't like the day light coming into the window and there's nothing to close the windows.

The location of the place. The broken Sofa. The mould on the wall behind the sliding door to the bathroom. Pictures sent to the owners of the mould and no reply.

The entrance is based on a pin code, so you can check-in at any hour. The host was very receptive, explaining different things to us. The room was very clean, having a living room separate from the bedroom. The building has a small internal garden, with a small fountain, which gives a very nice vibe. The humidity was high. Each time when we entered in the room we felt the need to open a window to refresh the air.

The AC did not work, and the bedroom was facing the street, so we couldn't open the windows because it was noisy when a car or moto passed by, also because my boyfriend was suffering from really strong allergies. The bed was really hard and the pillow is super high. The bed linen had hair and dirt specs, not coming from us... So we had really horrible sleep. We also tried to communicate about an early check in, but the staff was not helpful. Overall not happy about our stay. We also recorded a video of the AC not working just in case.

Nice and cosy duplex apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, balcony. Great location, 10-15 min walk to the cathedral and palace. Nice balcony with sunshine. Clean, good beds.

Good value for what you get, a modern spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, a lounge with a kitchen. In a residential area with restaurants and food takeaway places just around the corner. Easy check in and check out process Comfortable bed, good wifi and plenty of hot water Not enough soundproofing, can hear people in flat above Unpleasant smell in bathroom Almost an hour walk to Plaza de Espana

The aconodation is not a 5 stars hotel but is good for a AL. Dificulte to find place to parking the car. The parks is very expensive by day. I pay more tha 6 euros only for two hours. Also the photos is from one Building and the reserv is from the other building in front of this one.

I liked the area, the building and courtyard fountain and the apartment was clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was easy and the information provided was spot on. The sofa wasn't great (the back seemed broken and kept getting in the way of the sliding door for the bathroom). The neighbours were noisy until late. The cleaners were noisy from very early in the morning.
