Everything - great location, very helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. On top of that, the hotel is beautifully decorated and very quiet.

Location, cleanliness, kindness of the stuff. Breakfast. Pool. Small boutique hotel. Everything right.

Beautiful, city centre hotel, literally couldn't get closer to the main attractions. Breakfast was perfect, you have to request eggs if you want them. Rooms were small, as were the bathrooms, but the small, old town buildings of Spain mean that's just how it is. They were thoughtfully planned out, clean and cool. The hotel lobby is stunning, with a tiled entrance and a 3 story height reception roof and the rooftop deck is superb. We didn't make use of the pool, but the views, especially at golden hour, with the sun reflecting off the cathedral, was stunning. We got a voucher for a free glass of bubbly on arrival, to claim when we wanted, so we took it to the deck one evening. The beds were very comfy. The only downside was on our first night, after a long day of travel and exploring, there was a fault with what we thought was the fire alarm in the middle of the night. It was extremely loud and kept us awake for the best part of an hour, initially obviously scaring us a little and other hotel guests coming out on to the corridors to find out what was happening. It seemed as though there were no staff on until the last second, although being half asleep I may have missed them. A guest was on the phone in reception assumingly trying to get some help, then a man came running in last minute, turned it off and then apologising to guests. It fired up again a couple of times the day after and at the start of the night but then it seemed to get under control, otherwise we were set for a perfect nights sleep. While we wouldn't mark the hotel down for it, it's definitely something worth investigating which is why I've referenced it in the review. Turns out it was simply a ground floor disabled toilet alarm that was faulty, but the noise filled the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location was incredibly central while still being away from all the noise of the city. Our room, 216, was quiet, had a comfortable bed, a beautiful view of the Giralda and to our surprise, a handheld bidet ! The staff were very welcoming and responsive. You could text them on whatsapp 24/7 for any questions/requests. Breakfast was exceptional! The staff remembered how i like my eggs and pampered me everyday because i was pregnant . We especially loved the snacks, cold water, tea and coffee that were available 24/7 at the reception. We couldn’t leave without buying the homegrown teas, honey and olive oil. Thank you Ireni, Marina and Elena for your hospitality :) Maybe installing umbrellas or shade solutions on the rooftop by the beautiful pool - but that is a marginal comment and in no way affected our stay :)

Very central and fantastic aircon. The best I have ever experienced. No blowing, no noisy fan, just a fine waft of cold/cool air depending on how you like it - my wife hates noisy aircon so this was perfect. Lessons for any others to be learned here. It was not that clear that it is almost impossible to get a taxi to the door. There is a very short walk required of the taxi driver knows their stuff. My first taxi did not so I had to pull my bags a longer way. Not terrible, just wasn’t apparent in the booking.

Everything. The lemon cinnamon water at reception, the huge showers, the comfortable beds, the location and proximity to everything, the breakfast Maybe a list of preferred restaurants and things to do only known by locals would have been helpful

I loved the kindness of the staff, the sleeping pillows, and the rooftop with the swimming pool. Having a library was a plus. Overall it was all excellent! It should have more vegan options for breakfast; not only the fruit, juices and "milk" because these always belong to the average breakfast. If you want to stand out from the rest, then you should invest in vegan cakes, vegan pancakes, mushrooms, for example.

The location is excellent. You can walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar in less than 5 minutes. Good restaurants nearby as well. During two nights of our three night stay there was a lot of noise coming from the guest room above it. It sounded like someone bouncing a basketball for 1.5 hrs. This was between 11pm-1am. We asked the front desk ask the room to politely stop (as other guest did as well). The front desk was little help and said when they eventually were able to get in touch with the room they said they knew they were being loud. Nothing was done to prevent the noise.

We particularly liked: *The amazing staff specifically Joanna who dealt promptly with an issue with the air conditioning in our room. Liaising with contractors and her Group Customer Care Team she arranged the repair and a refund to take account of the upset this had caused at the start of our stay. *The quality of the accommodation *The Location *The Rooftop Pool * Breakfast choice and refreshments available. Nothing this is an excellent hotel and Seville is a lovely city to explore.
