Melia Sevilla

Perfect hotel for our stay. The pool and breakfast was a huge plus for us. Having a parking with access to your floor was perfect for a family with bags and kids going in and out of the hotel. Parking entrance is low but I was able to enter with a big car (Tesla Model X). Lots of parking spots with space and well lit. Everything went perfect

There was a strange smell in the room coming from the shower drain. I eventually covered the drain with a towel (used the tub instead) and that helped.

No wash cloths in bathroom

We appreciated that the hotel had a parking garage of their own. The location was great for all of the places we visited. I can’t think of anything that would have made an improvement for our stay.

The Melia is exceptional and other hotel chains should learn from them. Upon arrival we got a room with an A/C system that wasn’t working right, they gave up another room immediately with an upgrade. The Level is a great deal also!!

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. The staff was very nice. The breakfast had a large selection. The room's only window faced into a closed little, almost vent like construction. To my mind, a space like that should not be a guest room.

Breakfasts were marvelous You should replace the carpet of the hallway at 5th floor; we were al 522 room.

The room was very nice and clean, with good amenities. The location is useful if not very nice but its close to the pretty bits. The staff was friendly though we did not engage much with them either. The pool is nice, even though you do not have much of a view from it as it is too low. I expected more views from the building which was not the case. I found the breakfast very expensive and overall the hotel was quite pricey.

Location, Facilities were nice. Internet constantly and erratically disconnects (all my devices) during entire 3 day stay. Huge problem during zoom/teams calls or working on cloud based programs. Don’t stay here if uninterrupted internet oriented work is needed.

The pool and the breakfast are perfect. The hotel is modern and small enough to make everything easy to access. The beds are uncomfortable. Bad foam mattress.

The pool area and lobby appeared to be clean It’s a little surprising that Melia, which generally has a solid reputation around the world, leaves their name on this property. The building, except for the pool and lobby, is fairly run down and in need of maintenance. We had a broken closet door, broken air conditioning, and the hallway carpets were dirty beyond anything that can be cleaned. They need to be replaced. Even the exterior of the building is shabby.
