This is my favorite place to stay in Sevilla and I will return today for my third time. The room is very clean — super comfortable bed and nice sheets and pillows…. Views of the city and perfect AC. I love the staff here -they welcome me back like an old friend. Also it happens to be in front of the bed station so if you’re traveling by bus it’s perfect. Best buffet for breakfast I’ve had in my travels in Spain. 0

The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was fine. Just no wow factor for me.
-
Since it’s located in a central area, it can be a bit noisy.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Was greeted by Manuel who was such a joy to meet and has continued to make me feel at home. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in my travels in Europe... Inma is always greeting me with a smile and has also made my stay special. Every person I've spoken with at the front desk has been kind and helpful. My room is a little small but its sufficient and has a beautiful view of the city from the 6th floor. I think I got a special rate because of when I came so I am not sure what the normal prices are-- I think they fluxuate-- but I would say this is the best value I can imagine for Sevilla. The eco products in the room are very nice, the views are gorgeous and the breakfast / breakfast patio is a real highlight of the hotel. They have a proper espresso maker at the breakfast bar where you can make espresso, cappuccino, etc. So many other hotels in Sevilla had inconsistent google reviews ranging from many 1 stars to 5 star ratings. I can't imagine someone giving this place a bad review unless they are just genuinely impossible to please. This is where I will stay when I return to this beautiful city which has captured my heart. Thank you to the wonderful staff who have cared for me this week. Having a tea kettle in the room would be nice. It does have a fridge and a safe.

Location is not super centralized, but you can reach every attraction and the historical sites by a 10 or 15 minutes walk. The location itself is quiet and there are lots of shops, restaurants and everything you need.

The arrangement with the parking garage seemed like it could use some support - we had some complications but the front desk helped us get it sorted in the end.

Amazing breakfast
-
Central location with great view (we had a patio). A little noisy as it is on busy street corner.
-
It was great, no complaints at all.
-
Upstairs deck, location, and proximity to parking garage, and grocery.
-
Great location, walking distance from all major tourist attractions, comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful and gave great restaurant suggestions.

Minimal room facilities --only one uncomfortable chair--

Excellent compared to other free breakfast it was outstanding. Had local fare and great pastry. Coffee choices better than Starbucks. Nice breakfast room Not a thing

This small boutique hotel was very convenient to the bus station as we arrived from Faro. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast, which was not included, was ok but another time I would just go to a café.

Good location. Helpful staff Room size very small

Staff was superb.location great Room was small and spartan--eg only one chair

-Excellent location, nearby Airport bus station -Smiling staff, great hospitality -Brand new building -Very very clean rooms -good aircondition in the room, no smell. -good breakfast with roof city view - for hotel floor lighting selection of “cold white” is a disaster, this is a hotel, not a laboratory, warm light tones (2700k-3000k) would level up the experience and warmth. White lights degrade the perception. -no coffee machine / cattle / tea in the room. -bed was moving, not fixed to floor. -daily rate was significantly higher than a 2 star hotel. Price/value ratio was not completely justifying.

Convenient location across from the bus station , close to river and old town. Nice rooftop restaurant. Very pleasant and competent staff, helpful recommendations, friendly welcome. Would be nice if breakfast was possible earlier.we had an early flight .
